I don't know if it is just me but the Ownership of Intellectual Property (19) is all out of wack. It isn't even English. If it isn't just me is it possible for you to update the contract so we can use the new template. Unless it's supposed to look like that, I don't really know.

i used chat gpt to translate the typos in that section and this is what it gave me ''All property, materials, or intellectual property produced under this agreement.will be the property of the Contractor...." i replaced the typo with that and it makes sense so im running with it, hope it helps
