He always seemed like a "so sweet it tastes sour," kind of kid. His intentions no matter how thoughtful never really ever helped anyone and he always breaks things. He breaks the future ruler of the world, Death himself, and a known goddess of chaos! Probably why Mandy keeps him around. A girl like her is drawn to power and Billy is indeed powerful.

I mean honestly there really aren't many "good" animated shows by your standards if you think Billy and Mandy wasn't one... especially for misunderstood reasons.

I swear, bringing General Skarr to Billy & Mandy (I know they are set in the same universe) was one of Maxwell's and CN's greatest achievements! Every scene he's in, it's just pure comedic gold!

EmptyMan000 He did turn kind of good, because when you think about it... He had character development during his entire story. In the show "Evil Con Carne" he had a terrible experience working for Hector Con Carne for over ten years. Ten years of working for an abusive evil and stupid jerck. Later, (in the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy) he said that he had realised that his true passion wasnt to slave humanity, but to take care of his garden. And in the Underfist movie, he didnt want to work for another Villain like Héctor. Not because he regreted his actions, but simply because he was tired of the shitty job of being a minion. He has an evil personality, but he had enough development to actually find a new goal in his life: His garden. So he (partially) turned good... Or at least, not so evil.

I've always found it to be hilarious how, with just one phrase Billy caused someone to go back to their evil ways 😂 Man can't catch a break.

You gotta love how this segment reveals that Billy has a mischievous sinister side (which pretty obviously explains why Mandy tolerates him) in taking less than 5 minutes to get Skarr to fall off the wagon. It makes me wonder how much of his stupidity was a role/front he played/put on.

I was thinking I was the only one who caught that. Billy & Mandy referenced Dune quite a lot (even having that whole episode that parodies God Emperor), something I really respect the show for.

I forgot how good the voice acting and gags in this were.
