I love that about her she is modest and always says what she uses but does mention if the products she uses are pricey. But the BlueBeautifly Hair and scalp oil is so worth the money it is about 50$ on Amazon but the look of your hair and scalp afterwards is wonderful and worth the money. Calia is a great product as well I ordered it and once I am out I am ordering more. I go back and forth with calia and the new Agree line out of Japan, the Dep corporation. It is new formulation and so works on my hair once I am out ill try a new product with the Calia. I need to order more Calia hair detangler.

Marisa Mendes your liver CANNOT take all toxins out of your body. Your liver works with your kidneys, and while your liver does most of the work, your kidneys do purify things as well. And you CAN flush your system, although it’s not exactly necessary, but tripling your water intake with some ACV can make things like passing a drug test quicker.

I love how everyone is saying that they’re too poor, but to be honest, although she does have some expensive products, you can buy products that do the exact same thing in Walmart. And I’m sure it took her some time to acquire all of those things, that she didn’t go on some shopping binge and bought it all in one day. And she’s just saying to take one day to do this. This isn’t her everyday routine.

People spend hundreds at Sephora in ONE sitting and they are not super wealthy. She may be rich but it is wrong of you to assume so. I would just like to say that this lovely lady is only sharing what she does that help her and her favorite products that she uses. She isnt saying that this is the ONLY way. Whether shes rich or poor, she is just sharing what she loves to do. She suggests alternative options in other videos too for people on a budget. I personally dont own a sauna, nor all these luxurious products and I am definitely not rich. But I love the ideas shes throwing out here. And actually if you use her code, you can get some of these high quality products for a little cheaper, in case anyone is still interested. Even though I cant afford to buy all these at once, I definitely want to purchase them over a course of time. I've been using her tips and advice and they have really been helping me! Thats not to say other products work just as well. Do what works best for you! Anyways I'd appreciate if people would just stop bullying her for having pricey products or so called sponsored videos, shes just trying to share something that makes her happy. Thank you holistichabits! You have really helped me with my anxiety and self care routine! You have all my love

Everyone complaining about being to broke to pamper yourself is just dumb. This is how SHE Pampers her self NOT a tutorial. You can still pamper yourself no matter what , I give myself a manicure I scrub my feet and skin with a pumace stone I bought you can get then super cheap I do a clay masks followed by a raw honey masks and raw honey is like $6 I take a long hot shower I shave and I apply sunflower oil which is high in vitamin e and then I lotion up and go to bed simple self pamper routine. It doesn't matter what you use all that matters is your taking time to care for yourself physically and mentally and emotionally.

Just use cheaper products like a mixture of different oils for scalp massage and curd/yogurt once a week for conditioning hair. And apply shampoo only on your scalp not hair and drink lemon tea every morning. 😁

It is really nice that you have a privilege of great hair genes, sauna at home, extended pricy skincare and tools and a lot of time of your hands. It's your life and your right to live it how you want. I would just like to remind anyone watching that this is not realistic for most people and not to beat yourself up. Do what you can when you can and above everything else be gentle with yourself. 💕

Devang Brahmbhatt I remember buying that years ago. When she first had a video. It wasn’t moisturizing enough for me. Even the mask. I think I’ll give it another go now that I quit using heat for 2 years now.

Yes me too. I took a risk and ordered it to Finland which is a bit more expensive but I think it's totally worth it. I've used them twice and my hair is so much better. I'm thinking about buying other Calia products too :)

Girl! Please turn off the water while you're not using it, this is making me crazy, considering millions of people don't have access to even a glass of water.

I do agree about turning off the water while it’s not in use. Although we can save water like that, did you know that “92% of our water footprint is caused by agriculture.” This means that raising animals for consumption requires one hundred times more than what we use for personal needs. Raising animals for consumption is also one of the reasons why millions of people don’t have access to water and food . I was pretty surprised when I heard about this too but it’s true. “33% of all cropland is used for livestock feed- 26% of all the earth's ice-free land is used for grazing purposes- and because of demand- one third of the earth’s freshwater supply, according to the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America.” Because of this people in third world countries and people in poverty don’t have access to water. i will will provide links as well :) and again I do agree that we shouldn’t let water run ! Save water !

Patricia Wist www.google.com/amp/s/www.livekindly.co/scientists-say-going-vegan-help-save-planet/amp/ Also, we can use less water and less people will go hungry if we all adapted a plant based diet because we already grow enough food to fed the whole world !!!!

@Kenya Del Carpio That's lovely and all... but no one asked. We know animals raised for consumption causes lots of problems regarding the health of our Earth and the environment, but that's not going to stop corporations. Not saying you can blame people personally for what is mostly caused by corporations (like the straw thing) but this girl is obviously very privileged and evidently, wasteful.

It's clear Sarah and her parents have been prioritizing health and wellness for a long time, and we're all lucky that she shares all the amazing tools that over the years she's learned work best for her. It's not about money: it's about resources and knowledge- both of which Sarah has had (and cultivated) access to. There's so much to be grateful for as a viewer of this video; I hope we can all recognize that!

Self care isn't about being rich, it's about prioritizing yourself. Some people choose to spend extra money on a coffee a day, clothes, makeup, or cigarettes but Sarah clearly chooses to spend what she has on the products and things that make her feel better. It's all about choosing where to put your funds. There's lots simple, cheap, or even free alternatives to lots of these products! 💕

I feel like everyone is talking about how you have to be “rich” to do any of this ...but if your health and well-being is your number one priority you can have this type of routine too. Doesn’t have to necessarily be this expensive, but it’s also not impossible.
