    Like Rufio1975, I've done a number of projects with mortise and tenon joints, even pegged a few. But I still learn watching someone with real experience working, especially when he's also explaining the process as he works. Thank you for sharing.

    Im no expert but I can do do mortise and tenon joints pretty good now but I still like watching these videos because I still learn a few things here and there. Keep them coming!

    I will use an offcut that fits the mortise if I have one, helps prevent blowout inside And I use steel drawbore pins to draw things up before driving in the pegs. That's because someone gave me the pins, otherwise I would do just as you did.

    My Bestie Takeaway is Will’s expression “Tight As a Tick”). When I thought about it, a tick really is tight when you try to squish one…… can’t do it! City Slickers don’t know useful stuff like this! Keep it coming Will! 😂

    That expression is referring to a tick filled with blood after it's dug in and feasted on blood for days.
