Good video. What I'd like to see is some delineation of what of these sprites were in MK3 and removed from UMK3, which sprites were on the graphics chips and unused, and which were cut completely and not found in any graphics chips. I'd be willing to collab on that.

@@nephuraito where gameplay isn't affected, sure. There are many sprites cut that would add to startup and recovery frames, affecting gameplay. Also worth noting that UMK3+ is meant to be played on HARDWARE. Emulator is nice, but it's meant for hardware. So, since the graphics chips are interleaved 4:1, any additional graphics would require updating FOUR chips on the hardware side as well as the 2 program ROMs.

Sería genial, con ayuda de AI, que reescalaran esos sprites a 4k, y completaran los faltantes para llegar a 30, 40 fps por animación.

Tem aí algum link para baixar esses sprites não utilizados?

Where's part 2? Also where did you find these online (source please)? I've seen that some Mugen games and UMK3+ have started to use some of these unused sprites in their games. Very interesting.

I've been busy, so part 2 still not ready. Sprites were ripped by Fly and shared in the MUGEN scene back in the day.
