You'd make me wanna dress up too if i were with you- so fun! ❤ also- beer was made before bread and is thought to be it's precursor. And Guinness contains tons of B vitamins, iron, potassium (and some other stuff too!) I've know a few Mom's who's doctors prescribed a Guinness a day to help during pregnancy for low blood counts. Also- the most common banana that we all love is the Cavendish, but from the 1800s to 1950s, the gros michel banana was very popular (until they suffered a blight).
