Yes. Infact there are many examples for Microsoft in IITG itself who are not from CSE.

Usuallly 20-30 Mbps, and when connected to lan,it is close to 50Mbps. Cutoff rank changes every year, usually it is 500-600 AIR for general male

Every boys hostel has single rooms for everyone (including freshers) Girls get double sharing on first year
