back in the day, there were guys running aluminum boards for street stuff. they were nuts. seems like rodney mullen used one in some of his old videos

This video was awesome!! At the end when Justin was filming Isaac skating it had me laughing so hard. He was doing all sorts of moves in order to catch the skating on film. You guys all did an amazing job! After seeing Isaac skate, he just got even more attractive!! I'm so glad that Leb & Isaac met each other, I've loved the addition of Isaac on the channel!! It would've been awesome if Leb was still on& it was the four of them! Leb was a favorite of mine! Thanks for another great video gents!! ✌️💙

Dude Isaac nailed it this video, great job. Also the reason normal boards are thinner but stronger is because they're reinforced with fiberglass and/or kevlar.

No they are not reienforced there just made from high quality maple wood ( I’m a skater btw)

Most deck are not though. They are normally 7 plys of hard rock maple. Yeah some brands put fiberglass, kevlar was used in P2’s i believe.

Definitely love all the builds. I am NOT into skating but you guys are so entertaining and I loved the normal approach contrasted with the way out of the box ones and even seeing how good he could make his own more “normal” looking one. It was very interesting and fun. Loved the look of the metal one once grip taped btw. Also LOVE the got Jesus shirt haha! Also that sweater he had with it was sickkkkkk

Mad love for Andrew's creativity in using something unpredictable. I'm gonna give him the win for this. BUT I gotta say seeing Isaac and Justin try a single substance the way they did was not far off. Justin GO HAM on a metal board do this vid again! Isaac did not know you were a Sk8er boi, huge appreciation to your thick board. You guys should do a board off like with Horse concept. Many boards for breaks or boards are lives and everyone has 3 or something. Idk but I think Isaac would thrive in this. Alright that's enuff mad love for you boys from Wisconsin, keep it up!

Issac actually did so well on his skateboard, Andrew is also creative I would've never thought to make a skateboard out of glass, I also really liked Justin's skateboard design very colorful 😲

Honestly this just gave me and idea, why not combine the layers of wood method with a few layers of metal (kind of like how they add rebar steel to concrete). I think that would make a board that while being somewhat heavy would also be able to withstand someone who brakes pro boards like Issac claims to do.
