My pleasure!
Awesome video Caleb! Quick question, what if the client doesn't want to work with you anymore but wants to keep the website? Can you release websites or do you have to tell them the website is yours when they stop paying?

Generally, if they paid for the website, I let them know that it's theirs and we can easily transfer it to a different GHL sub account. Or shift to a monthly website only price with just hosting if they don't want to sign up for a GHL account.
Much thanks and clarity Caleb Ulku. Great Share with "behind the scenes" You hinted at a little wordpress, how much and where used?

We don't use wordpress unless the client already has a solid wordpress website. Otherwise, it's easier and faster to just build a site in GHL.
So I spent a couple of weeks building a nice custom website in GHL for Landscapers. But it only has like 4 pages and most of the content is on the homepage. I was planning on offering the website template for $500 and then outsourcing the SEO for a month and offering that for free. Will this website even have a chance of ranking or do I need to make it 20+ pages???

4 pages certainly has a chance in local, but it's a real question of competition. In larger cities, no chance at all. Besides - content is nearly free nowadays so why not go bigger?

@@calebulku Oh you're referring to ChatGPT for content! So go ahead and make it 20 pages then. Will that have a chance to rank in large cities if SEO done proper?? And how much do I charge for that site? I'm eternally grateful if you can answer that. Cheers!
go high level is expensive are there any free or low-cost options for beginners?

There is a GHL plan for under $100. That should be low enough that your first client will easily cover the cost.
Just had an email from google saying business profile chat is going away end of July.

Yep I saw it come in today also. As did a notification that call history will be going away.

How will that affect your strategy? Perhaps a video covering that might be in the making! 😂

Done! Here it is again: www.skool.com/caleb-ulku-3029/about
When you say “comes from the business owners phone” - what if the business has employees and the owner is not in the field or interacting with customers? Do you find it easier to land small 1 or 2 man shops where the owner is in the field or easier to land shops running 1+ million a year in revenue?
@calebulku

Great question! Basically, whichever phone the customers would normally interact with. Definitely, businesses that are doing $1mil+ per year are better clients in my experience vs one man shows.
