Come along as we test swim and review 14 different frogs in search of the best walking frogs, popping frogs, and all around producers. If you like frog fishing, this video is going to save you a ton of time and money! Let us do all the hard work while you kick back and pick the frogs that will best suit your bass fishing style.

I think it’s just a matter of general quality. I fish them a lot too but I definitely upgrade to my better frogs when I’m in pressured waters, teaching someone to walk it, etc. That said, if you’re unsure about frogging they’re the best thing to buy and fish for a couple days to build confidence without the cost. Plus you can find them anywhere there’s a Walmart.

Was thinking of bending the hooks slightly upward? Just want the confidence back 😆

A really good rod for shorter people and anglers fishing out of a kayak is the Dobyns 7’ Mag Hvy. It has a softer tip and really good backbone and you don’t need to worry about being in the thick stuff and trying to get those fish outta there. The first Dobyns series rods that have this one are the Sierra but they have it in all of the other higher priced series as well.

Imagine a world without tactical bassin, wouldn't be very fun... you would only be told what to fish and pretty much it.. tactical bassin tell's you what to fish, where to fish and how to fish it.. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's time on the water has improved with watching these guys, it's awesome and glad they do what they do and share their passion for fishing with all of us

You just answered why my favorite frods the Live Target 65. My favorite walking frog is super keeled. Savage Gear lily Ninja Walking frog is incredible!!! I think at Tackle Warehouse it's the 3d frog.

Stanley Ribbit Frog is the best frog bait I have ever used. I have had a ton of success with it.

Hey Matt: Great info as always. Why do hard bodied frogs like what live target or rebel offer get overlooked and not talked about much? Also when to throw a hard vs hollow body frog? Thanks...🎣🤔😎🐝

The information on the rods was priceless. No one has ever mentioned this, but size does matter per person. My question is does the line strength matter does it have to be 50lb or 65lb line braid.

If y’all like the looks of the evergreen frog with the feather tail another one that’s I found is fantastic is the slither k if you can get your hands on em they’re great after a frog bite has died off due to something like a cold front it’s a more finesse type frog and gets a ton of bites

LiveTarget and Spro are my favorites. LiveTarget has a new one called the Commotion Shad. It’s a hollow body Shad with a single Colorado blade off the back. It sounds like a whopper plopper on a straight retrieve.

Ben Linnell The LiveTarget frogs are hands down one of the easiest to walk. The Molix are great for walking too, but they’re huge!
