Well fyi b2 means BaBi (pork) and b1 means Biang (dog) Also we use the blood for the sauce of babi panggang☺️ the food u guys ordered is very authentic batak👍

Just for your information, the local kecap manis in Medan does carry a slighly different taste profile and not just sweet. That sambal for soto also has a squeeze of lime.

As the bataknese im so proud that you've tried the Saksang (pork with the blood sauce), Grilled pork, and dali (buffallo's milk). Unfortunately you didnt try the arsik and naniura. Arsik is one of the original food in batak and it should be served in every batak's event (marriage, funeral, etc), it is golden and you guys have to try it next time (and dont forget to eat it's egg in arsik). And naniura is also golden fish, but the fish is not cooked (tidak digoreng/rebus/bakar. . It just soaked (direndam dan didiamkan) in citrus and then the fish will be cooked (matang). Love your videos!

Gua ketinggalan bbrp episode mereka d sumut dan bakal gua tonton yg blm gua tonton. Gua ingt gua jd subs channel ini saat msh 58 rb dan skrg sdh menyentuh 330 rb subs. Sukses trus guys !!

B1 = Biang (Bahasa Batak) = Anjing. Biasanya daging anjing yang masih usia muda yang buat makanan, daging anjing agak keras sedikit saat dikunyah tapi lemaknya sedikit dibanding daging B2 dan rasanya enak juga mirip rasa daging B2 serta badan kita terasa hangat setelah memakannya jadi cocok dimakan di daerah bersuhu dingin. Kalau aku biasanya pesan saksang yang kelapa gongseng (tanpa darah) dan B2 panggang + sambal andaliman (tanpa darah juga), karena aku tidak makan makanan campur darah lagi. Saya paling suka makan durian yang dijual di pasar (Onan) Bakkara karena manisnya pas sekali (tidak kemanisan dan tidak kepahitan).

Ke 2 arjuna ini ya memang paling bisa lidahnya menyesuaikan makanan indonesia..sehat2 ya 2 bujang..

Original martabak is the savory one (with vegs and meat), which said to be originated from India's "Moortaba", brought to Jawa island in 1930 (aslo related to Middle East's "Murtabak") But the sweet one is a totaly different kind of food, which is originated from Bangka island, from people of Hoklo (Chinese ethnic group in Southeast Asia). It have many names, such as : Hok Lo Pan , Kue Bangka, Apam pinang, etc, and another popular name in Indonesia is "Terang Bulan". Yet for unclear reason, in some regions in Indonesia (mostly Jakarta and nearby), the sweet one is called "Martabak Manis" (sometime even excludes the "manis" word), which cause confusion among foreigners. And Jakarta being the capital of Indonesia, and the dominant souce of news and media, the term "Martabak Manis" is getting more popular as we know today. The sweet one is also a delicacy in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, etc, but Indonesian version is probably the "extreme" version regarding ingredients, toppings, and size.

3:20. Kecap in every region has in local taste. In Sumatra most Kecap are not as sweet but more savory, Whist Kecap in Java are more sweeter. That is why "Sambal Kecap" taste is unfamiliar for you

Those putu are not quite the same as the cheaper putu from mobile putu seller. I mean those putu you ate are made of better quality ingredients. That's why it taste better. And the price (3k each) is normal for that high quality putu.

This is true. Martabak Telur is originated from the middle east. The manis is actually from China but we do make it so much better and make it into one of Indonesian most sinful desserts.

Rob and Cheyne tries to steal the secret recipe,they would open babi panggang medan taste in Bali 😅 Waterfall hunter also culinary hunter as well,well done promoting RnC Rob and Cheyne,CnR would sound nice too,its a known brand😅
