I love how confident they all are in their craft and speaking in front of the camera. Respect to the parents of these young men supporting their children's passion.

@@krollgrend1888 B-Lat and Scott Martin have the same really good vibes IMO. I would love to see a B-Lat challenge
It was good seeing Fisherman's fish old school without livescope learning how to fish on skills need to see more tournaments like this
I'm so glad you keep your videos fun and about enjoying the sport of fishing.
Wow, what a wonderful experience for these young people to fish with an amazing elite angler! What I loved the most about these young people is that they behaved and acted like experienced anglers how they handled themselves on their boats how they read the lake even not using live scope. The future is going to be awesome! Brian again giving these teens an opportunity to fish against you and watch their skills just goes to show you how much respect and integrity you have, tight lines and take care God bless!
These young sticks are the future of the sport. Great performances by all!
I think this may be one of your best ever videos, perhaps setting the bar for a future series of this type. I was glued to the monitor from the beginning. The concept of the challenge, the respectful nature of the youngsters, and the overall production is top notch. I love the removal of some of the electronics too. Great work sir!!!
This is my favorite tournament video by far. Top to bottom excellence. Sound, editing, content. I like the equal tackle boxes and lack of electronics. Everyone seems to know what they’re doing and loves the sport. Right on!
This is one of your best videos. I love to see the kids involved.
B'Lat sporting some awesome fishing socks!
Awesome ! High five to all of those guys for getting it done old school. Best tournament going, keep 'em coming.
Do it again!!!! Love this!
This was an awesome video. Love the format! Great mentoring for these young guns.
Good for you, Brian. This is GREAT.
These guys are impressive! I think when I was their age I was putting a worm on a hook and watching a bobber. I hope they all keep working hard and we can see them fishing in some big tournaments in the future!
It’s getting hot here in Texas. I fish from the bank mostly. I have been on a roll the last 5 years catching at least one 8 pound plus bass. This year my streak was still rolling except she body slammed the 12 pound line and snapped it. Been watching your videos for years. Appreciate what you do.
Fantastic episode Brian. Loved it. Thank you
That is an awesome and educational thing to do with the future anglers and youth of today! Great job Brian! Keep up the great work with the kids!
I'm trying to get my 9 year old to notice conditions like these young fellas this was awesome. Gonna show him this video... technique 1st baits 2nd...

If you don’t mind me offering some advice, please just let him enjoy being out there right now. He deserves to just have fun until he wants to learn more on his own. He’s still a baby at 9 years old. Maybe when he’s 15-17!!!

This was a great video, Brian! Hope you continue and make this a series
Great video. Great to see the young guns really fishing with instinct.

Great explanation at the end on the reason for use of the jerk bait
It was fun and educational to watch. Huge thumbs up!

Well…. That’s certainly a exaggeration 🤣 the only reason we did this was to prove it doesn’t matter that much.
Great video.
Nicely done everyone 👍
Great video b lat
I had fun watching
Nice!
2012 was a tough year in eastern Afghanistan! R.i.p to LT Lambka & Spc Mooseman. Until Valhalla
Caught one right under the "White House" ! ~22 min mark
❤
I'm not totally against live scope but I never use it. As my hometown Boston Bobby Brown would say it's your prerogative😅😂
Them boys knew they’re in trouble without livescope 😂
To read all the comments that people just assume that the younger generation doesn’t have skill and only catch fish because of electronics is disheartening! The young kids are so much better not just because of electronics but because they have parents and or family that has them on the water fishing from an early age! Then you add in middle school, high school, and college fishing! Then you add the damn electronics on top of all of that! But to just say young guys only catch fish because of live scope and electronics is a joke!

Older generations always feel like they are “outdoing” the current generation. Almost like they aren’t responsible for the the current group. If kids aren’t prepared then it’s our fault. I don’t see it that way however. Everyone one of those kids can out fish me at 41 years old. They know more than I know now!!!

@@BrianLatimerFishing absolutely! I don’t know if maybe it’s that I’m a father and I’ve raised young men or what. But at no point in time have I ever wanted my child to know less than me. The goal from the beginning was to make my son a better angler than I am! The same should be the goal of pros to pass the sport on to younger better anglers! Maybe it’s the $$ angle but it’s kills me that people think young adults/kids are only good because of live scope! The young guys in the pro ranks right now would be there if livescope was a thing or not. Just my opinion!!
Nervous without use of livescope.... pretty sad.

I was thinking the same thing. But then I thought about the fact that having electronics is all these kids know. I like that B.Lat did this it shows them they can definitely do it without the electronics, and these young men are very knowledgeable. This was fun to watch.

Yup, bac to basic! Even if you have all that electronic, you still have to know your stuff. Got to find the fish and get it into the boat. Have the same issue in 3d archery. NO RANGE FINDERS! hey got back in the sport at 49, ain't no Levi Morgan! One thing I know! When they miss a shot, it's because they miss ranged it! Sorry! It's because you missed your shot! That's why they don't want range finders in archery!✌️👊👍🐟🎣🎯♥️

But he dominated without it. Good job
Yup, but these kids seem privileged! Just wonder are they better for the sport? Or would like me. Rather seen you take a kid who has only bank fished in a community pond or something of the sort. I will always hope that a kid or whatever comes from the bottom to win. Not from a family that dad bought them the ranger with the live scope. I just can’t enjoy this.

When you guys stop worrying about others and be grateful for what you have you will become better people. Maybe their parents were like you and worked really hard got education and stepped up to provide more for the next generation.

How come every time you comment on one of BLats posts, it’s about money? The fact that you use money as an excuse for these kids success is terrible. If you’re so jealous over other people’s money, go work your a$$ off like everyone else and make some. Quit bitchin at everyone else because you’re too lazy to go work hard.
