Thanks for these insights of the desk setup. Everything looks super clean, very cool 3d printed accessories and great video. How about a set of castors for the desk legs to make it easier to move?

Next level cable management and Dope desk setup Peter 👏!!! I ❤️ the clean and minimalist design! I also love the tip on using MotionVFX 3D Tracker. I use some of their plugins already mKBHD, mKeynote & mTuber and I think I might give the 3D tracker a shot. I’ll make sure to use your link if I do. I also appreciate the case that you made about using an expensive but very powerful monitor to really appreciate the beauty of an expensive and powerful camera. I’ve got the Sony A7cii so I know what you mean. Keep it up man! Would love to have you on my podcast one day.

Desk is cool but as you said it's been out awhile :). I bought a standing desk a couple of years ago from Uplift. I found that I don't really use it. Great idea though. Not an Apple guy but I can see having the best of their products would be worth the cash for you especially if you're an Apple guy. Varipoles are excellent. I have one floor to ceiling and then I have a few setup wall to wall for lighting. Great space saver and keeps cables off the floor. I think your old office had a lot more interesting "textures" but I know you'll improve this space as you continue to work there. Congrats on the new studio! Looking forward to lots of content!

This is by far one of my favourite videos on KZread, I think I might steal a few ideas, so in exchange ill share one of mine, put it on wheel and plug everything in to a battery and then the battery in to mains, then you can unplug to move without powering down or even leaving on battery for a while, but that's for my use case, great video, thank you for your videos, they're great

Def like the desk. But hard to get for us over in the states and at almost a grand USD. That is a bit pricey! But those visuals, as always stellar!

Now that one of my favourite KZreadrs has the Pro XDR, I would love to know which profile you will use for your Color Grading Peter? If you could let me know I would greatly appreciate it. Just got an M3 Max from an M1 Max and there isn’t a huge difference in editing video. The M3 Max fans come on a lot more too.

I don’t know if you’ve looked into this possibility, or if it’s worth it for you, but you might consider looking for a flat-mount subwoofer. You could mount it Just about anywhere and it looks very minimal. I’ve never personally used one in particular, but I’ve heard good things about some of them in terms of any aspect of quality! Your set up has me dreaming for sure!

Hi Peter M4 Mac will release at WWDC this summer, wait a little and get the next gen. I strongly suggest the Mac Mini Pro. Beast of a machine for video editing

@@PeterLindgren1 To be exact I own a M2 Pro Mac Mini It’s a beast! It can handle anything I throw at it for video without proxi and if I really need multiples 4K multi cam. I just use 50% h264. Motion Render also happens in seconds

Yeah I don’t think that’ll be enough to do all the things I do though. Working on edits, photos, 3D design etc. My current computer gets a bit tired at times

Still, I’ll suggest you to wait a few months for next generations if you can. Keep the good content coming, really like your work and I also learn much from you for my own channel.

Nice, thanks, and gratz with regards to the new studio. However: buying an Aeron chair, why didn‘t you go for the lumbar support? I had the same chair as you before (the cheap-er white one) but it broke on me, and also opted for a fully-equipped Aeron (which I always wanted) and I have to say: I will never goback! Because of my back :)

Your slow SD card transfer speeds might be due to the TB4 operating close to its max bandwidth driving the Pro Display. Trying testing it without the monitor attached.

I think your dock reader is slow because you running everything through one Thunderbolt cable including your monitor. 6K display eats all bandwidth. Is it still slow without the monitor connected?
