Don't get me started on corrector/concealer pencils (big staple for me). Everything is yellow or orange. Lots are also just too dark, or weirdly gray-ish. And some just lack luminosity? They just give dull putty. Now I'm gonna see if you have any vids on that. Btw, Makeup Forever Artist Color Pencil in Boundless Bisque is doing the job not too badly at the moment--it's just a bit light. Still searching similar-but-a-bit-deeper to augment it (since my faves were discontinued).

I've finally found a Ytuber who isn't wearing a foundation two shades darker on their fair skin!!!! Thank you!

Are we like out numbered or something, not only do none of these brands have cool tone colors, none of them are pale enough any more anyways. Like I'm all for inclusion, but it seems like inclusion has happened by removing everything that was meant for me.. I mean it's always the ginger to get raced swapped in fiction LOL, and now they're going after ginger makeup too. I'm nk..but its annoying xD

This is the exact video I’ve been wanting for so long. I’ve been exclusively using nyx nude beige with a balm or clear gloss on top for years bc I’m always disappointed in any other lip products pulling orange. Thank you!!!

This was a fantastic video!Even though I have a neutral undertone lip liners and lip products will pull warm on me so I am always looking for cool toned lip liners especially.

Same. I always gravitate back to MAC Lip Pencil in Vino. It's super-duper pigmented so it takes a light touch. But the shade works on me (cool pinky-pink undertones) and they last a long time. And, big bonus (imo), it's a regular, sharpenable, fine-point wooden pencil

I have a terrible time of pinks pulling so super peachy on me. I've spent soooooo much money $$$ in lip liners and lipsticks that look great on other people and look cool in the packaging only to turn peachy on me. So I'm super excited to find someone who has the same issues and I'm going to try out some of your suggestions for sure!

Light medium very cool and olive here. 😊 My favorite lipliners of all time are these two that give me the ‘nude’ look. Mauve by Tarte, and Addiction by Rimmel. My favorite lipstick of all time is Lisa Eldridge Skyscraper Rose. I also love Lawless in Daisy Pink.

Very helpful, thank you! I can handle slightly warm undertone lipsticks but nothing too orange or coral. Charlotte Tilbury is pretty much all warm but Very Victoria and Secret Salma are flattering for me. That Forbidden Lipstick definitely caught my eye and you pulled it off well!

So glad to find another beauty tuber with the same skin tone issues! Just subbed :-) Wanted to share another awesome lip liner that works for us, Maybelline Color Sensational in 'Gone Griege' is as cool toned as it gets without being gray, sooo nice. Those Sephora liners in the Nudist and Sink or Suede are my everyday go to's as well. Been meaning to make a video on this subject as well but fun to see what your fave picks are!

Okay also, if you like the velvety mousse textured lippies, i found one made by Joah, they sell a few colors at CVS, and the color “walk of shame” is a PERFECT very light, cool toned pinky nude. I highly recommend, plus it’s affordable!

Omgomgomg this is such a big problem for me too! Thank you for your cool tones videos btw, so i am in LOVE with the Anastasia Beverly Hills lip velvets… but all of them including the brand new shades are WARM tones!!! What the heck!!! This is funny -about the colourpop liners, two days ago before i watched this video, colourpop just had a 50% off lippies sale, and i JUST got Ashton AND Cool BFF. Another great cool toned liner that’s not too dark for us light/fair-medium light toned ppl (my everyday) is NYX Nude Beige. ❤

Out here doing the olive lords work!! I love it. Definitely gonna circle back to this one for inspiration. I thought I'd share my current favs: Benefit floratint, Chanel Pivoine lipliner - mauve nude with some berry, RMS go nude lipliner in Morning dew - a neutral rose nude. Also NYX Nude beige, but either they're having some shade consistency issues or these have been reformulated much warmer :-((( Would LOVE to see a gloss edition. Have you ever tried the Fitglow lip serums? You might love some of their cool shades. Also you reminded me how good those Honest beauty lipbalms are.

I have fthe lip liner from NYX fierce flirt and I love how it makes all my lipsticks look so much cooler and just better, and the texture feels almost like a primer? It really helps keeping the lipstick stay for way longer! I just got my m102 lipstick from MOB and there is nothing like it ❤ (closest color to maybellines gone greige) and the texture is just incredible 10/10 Really want the Mac lipstick, rituel de fille lipstick and MOB black balm ✨

Love your hair color here! Unsure if you’re trying something new but it looks so harmonious with the cool tones. My favorite cool toned lip liner is the Sephora collection granted I have to keep applying it because it doesn’t last but it’s worth it to me because the shade is perfection. I’ve become a total fan of the NYX line loud one though for when I want something long lasting. I would love to see a gloss version of this, as well as eyeshadow! One area I actually really struggle with is eyebrows even though I have medium brown hair I’ve found using taupes works the best at blending in seamlessly

Thank you! It’s mostly my natural hair color growing out, plus recently washed with purple conditioner. I definitely prefer the cooler hair on me! Eyebrow shades can be such a struggle too! I don’t even bother unless the shade is taupey

I just stopped the video to order several of the last lip liners Fierce Flirt!!!💗 Looks like I will be going to Ulta for Sass! I don't have a pencil I like but I Wear Colourpop Westie and Little Things in lippies and Teen Spirit in lip cremes. Everything pulls orange on me and it seems at one point I asked for your help so I appreciate you doing this! Merit Baby looks good for me on you but the online swatch looks to warm... Same with Flower Beauty Blush Rose. I do like that these are in my price range! I do sometimes wear all black and have black lip gloss from Kikiz Cosmeticz but if you could recommend something more grayish cool goth under $10-$15 that would be great!!! Love ya for doing this! Super helpful and great idea for a lipgloss version of this video! I wonder whether the new pinks Charlotte Tilbury introduced for Valentine’s Day this year would be better suited for fair, cool-toned skin? I’m always looking for light pinks that aren’t bubblegum pink and that don’t magically pull peach or coral on my skin!

Right? Like, can there be a makeup brand at sephora that has half cool tone colors? Every makeup brand there is 70% warm toned in their collection and finding a cool color is a needle in a haystack. So I buy an expensive lipstick, go home, and it looks orange or brown on me. If I do find a cool toned color it's always a berry fuchsia or magenta (which makes me look like a clown, I hate that color) or a very light, almost looks warm neutral tan lipstick. (which gives me concealer lips). There needs to be a market for cool toned makeup.

I love these same shades. NYX Nude Truffle is my all time fav. Does anyone know any shades similar to either NYX or Coloupop shades that last though? I find both fade Apollo fast. I've been thinking about trying a Natasha Denona but want a cool nude shade.

I havent tried it yet but I've been told "sink or suede" lip liner from the Sephora collection is a great neutral tor fair skin as well.
