As the title implies, here is the "ultimate" compilation for all the trains in Walt Disney's films both animated/cartoon and live-action. Almost since the very beginning of Walt's film career, rail transportation has always been present and served as a great source of storytelling material for his pictures. This is hopefully the last installment in this series of "Trains in Walt Disney's Films" since, theoretically, there are no other trains in any of his other films. Of the seventy-two titles featured here, if I managed to miss a picture, it's back to the drawing board. Hope you enjoy!

17:21 Casey JR: Look out! Bridge out! Bridge out! HEELP! *🔥* heeelp, bridge out! Woaaahhh!!
Always ,Always Loved the SFX of that specific Trolley Car Bell from "Susie the Little Coupe". That same sound clip of that Clanging Bell would go on to be reused in " Herbie Rides Again" as the sound of the Bell for Old Number 22 the Trolley Car. The "Voice Box" Steam Whistle of Casey Jr.is also quite amusing as well. Wish they had done more shorts with Casey Jr. They missed out on a doing a feature length Railway/Railroad centered movie at Disney.
The one with Mr. Toad in it, looks like one of those Furness Railway engines, particularly N° 20.
I really like the decision of NOT giving Casey Junior teeth. If you're gonna make a talking train, and give it teeth, it implies it can eat things, and thats cursed. Especially if the mouth is big enough to eat people.

It's a great film! I know some criticize how after the chase the plot is slow and that it is not entirely accurate to the actual events that took place in 1862, but I think it is Walt's "pièce de resistance" for locomotive cinema

Fantastic compilation! I'm an enthusiast of Locomotives, Ferrorama, Model Railroads and researching the subject I came across this channel. It's a good question that some have asked (myself included) where there is no particular single or clear-cut answer. I think Ward just took inspiration from small English engines like a Beattie Well tank, Coppernob and Furness Railway No.20. I think it's just a little peculiar for an avid railroader like Ward for him to animate outside cylinders but not have a drive shaft on the wheels
