Thank you so much for the video! My 5 year old is obsessed with grave digger and wanted to drive him so badly but I could not figure out how to even play the game to progress to unlock him. Your video gave me everything i needed and he is doing all sorts of flips and tricks with grave digger and all the other trucks as i type this. Heh OK no problem, so in World Career you have different chapters, and basically all you do is play each chapter in order, trying to finish first place, or as close to it as possible. As you play through the world career mode you'll unlock new trucks. Let me know if you have any other questions

So, for example, Chapter 8 it's showing we haven't unlocked that truck. But when I go to select it is says "Are you sure you want to reset this series? All progress will be lost." How do I continue instead of reset?@@ToucanPlays

Ah, ok so did a little bit of testing. When you finish a chapter but fail to finish 3rd or better in the chapter you won't unlock the truck. When you go to start the chapter again for another attempt, it will prompt you with that "are you sure you want to reset?" confirmation, but in reality the chapter was already complete, and you'd have to start it over again anyways to try and make another attempt to unlock the truck. TLDR: it's safe to go ahead and reset the series, it will only "reset" chapter 8, which you'd have to start over anyways to make another attempt... does that make sense?

I was on the fence about getting this game, but your video sold me!

If you have the Inverse DLC. If you play those trucks to max before unlocking. You can unlock them even their other versions if they have them like Grave Digger!

is there a way to fast travel between zones in the world ,cant figure it out?

Unfortunately no there isn't a way to fast travel :( once you're in a zone you can reset back to the garage, but between zones you have to drive there.

I want to settings, then gameplay settings, but there was no playground mode! Is there a way to fix this?

Are you playing on the Switch? If so, I think the devs never updated the Switch version unfortunately. :(

Hi! My 7yr old son just bought this game and is very excited to learn how to do all the things … we have this exact version but we do not have the “playground mode” option in our game settings. He was super thrilled when he saw he could be whatever truck he wanted, then we followed your instructions and ours does not have that option of playground mode. Do we have to unlock something first? Or should it just be there? I’m confused and trying to help him out! Thank you!!

So, I'm not sure what system you are playing on, but I know the developers have not been good at supporting the Nintendo Switch version of the game. If you are playing on Playstation or Xbox you should be able to update the game and playground mode should be activated after the update.

EEK! it's in settings, but since it's in a different language you just kind of have to guess where the language options are. I'll try and post a quick video on it.

The devs just gave up on supporting the game. I think it has to do with the switch being harder to send update patches to. Playground mode came after the game was officially launched. it's a bummer for sure!

How to unlock all the trucks without finding collectables and by not competing challenges.

If you're not playing on the switch, you can go into settings and activate playground mode. That will unlock everything without having to complete the challenges. Unfortunately playground mode is not available on the Nintendo :-(

Hmmm I'm not sure what you mean. What mode with the zombie monster trucks? Like how to play as zombie? You just have to keep playing on career mode to unlock him.

@@James-cr5mc ah, are you talking about Mace Mace TV? He's playing a game called BeamNG.Drive and basically just making up pretend stories. One of his more popular series is the zombie island one where various monster trucks go looking for power ups while avoiding the zombie trucks. But it's all pretend. Unfortunately there is no zombie mode, as cool as that would be!

How do you unlock all the monster trucks in the world legitimately

First you have to complete all the career mode chapters, then you need to unlock the "crazy creatures" by finding them in the overworld. Then each zone has a truck that you can unlock by finding the world Collectables. Finally you can unlock special variants for some trucks by leveling them up. I have guides for each zone on the channel!

Can I do playground mode on PS5?

**Need help pleaseee** This may be a very dumb question but I am playing this game for my son rn trying to unlock everything & I'm confused abt something.. so I started off by completing the events by each gate so I unlocked a few trucks, different arenas & got all gates open but now in hunted forest by the gate the waypoint thing i pull in, now says chapters, & it starts at chapter 1 but I already unlocked that truck (blue thunder) so if I play chapter 1 is it going to delete all my progress so far? Bc something similar happened to me in steel titain 1 so don't wanna repeat the same mistake. Please help don't make fun of my stupidity 🤣TY

I'd never make fun of anyone! No if you start a chapter over it only resets that chapter, you will not have to do everything over again. It's a good way to get more experience points to unlock more trucks and truck variants. The haunted forest is the last area too, after that, you will loop back around to camp crushmore

Been trying to Google this for days & nothing helped lol only thing that was confusing was when I started the game I didn't play by chapters just would play whatever was by each door/gate & would win trucks then it would open the next gate & I'd go to the other gate & play that one. so i wasn't play by chapters if that makes sense lol

@@cassandrahaussman1197 yes I know what you mean, but actually you were playing the chapters, you just didn't realize it. By driving up to the gate, all that does is bring up the chapter menu. You've been making progress all along! :)
