You lost me at 'uh, tastes like Hershey spread'. Hersey been one of the cheapest 'chocolated' 'food' manufacturer in the world who had to lobby for new laws to redefine what is legally chocolate or not. Doesn't align at all with 85 C aspiration to bakery highest standards. Did the bakery fail that bad or the reviewer need some chocolate education? Try the chocolate tour downtown Seattle. They teach about chocolate theory, history, local Theo manufacture visit and conclude with chocolate tasting.
