To make you feel a little better about hearing song snippets... I wouldn't worry too much about song spoilers in this. There are so many change ups and stuff in their music that a tiny clip shouldn't really spoil the song as a whole for you. Especially with all the information being thrown at you all at once, it's hard to register everything that you are seeing and hearing... And, the live stages for awards/shows are usually different than what it is on the album or the MV. They always try to change up something to make the live more special.

Honestly there’s just so much to their discography that spoilers don’t even matter tbh bc even snippets of their songs aren’t able to represent them fully😭 and when it’s consumed in a long form thing like guides you’ll naturally forget specifics anyways. Guides like this usually also act as a tease for what’s to come.

Skz actually reached 5.13 preorders for 5-star, the most in k-pop history, and have become the third group in history to actually sell 5million copies of one album. Also, as of now, chan has 160 credits, changbin 134, Han 130. The other boys also have credits ranging from 18-22 for both writing and composing. This’ll increase when their new Japanese album is released as well as their other Korean album that’s due by the end of the year though 💀

Also the members have personal instas now, except Han and lee know. Han said he isn’t ready for one and lee know said bubble (jype idol messaging app) and the group insta is more convenient for him, and lee know has already taken over the group insta now that everyone else has their own 💀

43:17 When skz released 'the sound' (2023) I gasped when I heard it was made like 3/4 years ago, it really made me think abt how many songs they have sitting around 😭 Also the red velvet psycho cover was a 00's liner stage, containing of other idols from multiple different groups.

During Lee Knows' bit, you said sometimes it's hard to know if people are singing or it's just the background track. I agree, but when you get to SKZ live performances...you can definitely tell that they sing and rap most of their live stuff. Most times they will intentionally pause so you can hear the backing track and then continue singing/rapping.

Fun fact not in this video, Minho (Lee Know) has three black belts (taekwondo, hapkido, and bodyguard martial arts), and Felix has one (taekwondo). Before Felix hurt his back he was frequently a "flyer" in skz choreography and got tossed up into the air and across the stage by the other members and backup dancers.

The members in the dance group Lee know was in before joining stray kids are right now well respected choreographers who make top notch choreo for the groups in kpop. So if he was not here in SKZ he would have been the dance master teaching the idols we see now😅 So you know how much great he is as a dancer. He was the maknae(youngest) in that dance crew and was adored a lot.

leeknow was in a dance crew known as cupcakes together with bada Lee, vata (choreographer for some SM idols) girin jang, redy shin and some others ( 9 of them total and leeknow was the maknae in the crew) they all now choreograph for some really famous groups and idols. they all trained together and participated in world dance in 2016, that boy was traveling the world and gaining experience at such a young age and is now the main dancer of Stray kids and one of the very few professional dancers in kpop. There's no comparison with 4th gen dancers when we all know he clears them all with ease He is a professional dancer When Lee know was performing in the " World of Dance " Hyunjin was there seeing it and admiring the group and especially him this was before leeknow became a trainee in JYP So Hyunjin was shocked when he met Lee know as a trainee. Fate really plays it's game in unexpected ways 😂

I personally think small 5s spoilers of their songs are no problem. It can only hype you to listen to some sooner and for the others you gonna forget by the time you are there. Plus if you wanna react to the songs first, it will take you forever. SKZ are not your typical idols. In 2022 they *officially released 29 songs* . This year *21 songs* were already officially released and it's only August. Important to mention is that they currently have concerts in Japan where they are performing their new solo songs which are not even released yet. Plus they are dropping new album in September and want another this year if possible. It's SUPER hard to just catch up with their music, not counting all the other content literally spamming us 😅 (Just today new Hyunjin's song got released and 6 days ago Seungmin released a song)

This was just put out a month or two ago. Lol She forgot to change it from her previous guide. And no, they have 200 songs accredited between them.😂 I'm not sure where you got 160 though, every single song that any of the group memebrs have created, just went over 200 this year, and only a couple songs don't have 3RACHA as the main/primary writers and producers. Instead they are done by the other members. You gotta remember, around 120 of each other thwir KOMCA numbers, are the same songs.

This is a really good guide. There was one correction though to point out. (I think was just a typo.) When it showed "Hellevator" towards the beginning, it lists it being released in 2018, when it was recorded and the video released in 2017, 5ish months before they debuted. It still blows my mind that a song of that professional level and quality was written and released by literal children. You can see (at 1:04:30 ) 16-year-old Han writing the Hellevator lyrics in just a spiral notebook, along with his co-writer, almost (or just turned)18 year old Changbin 😁

I think the part that says "over 100 song credits between them" is outdated by quite a bit. **EACH** of the 3Racha members has 100+ songs copyrighted under their respective names, through KoMCA (Korean Music Copyright Association).

  • @sleepytoons2155

I think it’s worded like that bc a lot of the song credits they have are the same songs. Like they each get individual credits added but as a group/collective a lot of those credits are from the same songs, and therefore can’t be counted as individual songs. So I think that’s what she meant there by the wording. It’s correct still but especially for newer ppl they might take it as INDIVIDUAL songs and not just personal credits when that’s ofc not (usually) the case^^

No, it's definitely not right. I love Alex, but that most definitely is incorrect and vastly undermines then actual numbers. In fact, the way it is worded is 100% the problem. Lol, specially because 3RACHA actually have around 200 songs *credited between them* (As this wording states... that between them, they have 100 songs. That wording quite simply means "in total". To total something up= the sum "between them". Lol.) So, yes, they have *over 100* that all THREE members of 3RACHA have worked on TOGETHER. However, that is neither here nor there. Not only does that statistic not make sense to give, but it also doesn't make sense for it to be the only one that's given. Not if that's what she meant... So, that had to have been a mistake. Pure and simple. It was the number given in her last guide too, she just didn't change it. Lol

3RACHA have around 200* (NOT 100) songs between them. She got that wrong on her first one, too. I guess she forgot to change it on this new one. But yeah, BangChan alome has somewhere around 175 song credits, and the other two somewhere close to 150. And since there's definitely at least 25 songs that Han and Changbin masterminded, but BangChan didn't work on. Then yeah... they most definitely have 200 beteeen them. Don't getxme wrong, I absolutely adore Alex (TeaNoSuga), i would say most of us STAY certainly do, but i just wish our girl had a couple of editors she could send her yearly guides to. Lol Also, if you didn't want spoilers (hey, you were warned! 😂 After all, most guides are literally designed to have the music as a top priority.) You probably should have watched a spoiler free guide. There's at least one great one that has no MVS, and instead a lot of great stages that you're less likely to see otherwise, of them doing very impressive covers. As well a LOT more in-depth knowledge about the group and less "cutesy" and "things I fully believe the members wish we would forget exist" type of stuff in their individual profiles. 😂 Instead, they have a bunch more info about each memeber, and more in depth about their range of talents. I think sometimes people forget that the guides are going to be used by NEW fans, specially reactors. So not only is it important to have a version that is spoiler free, its also important that its both very VERY accurate, and doesnt throw the person into the deep end in terms of the guys behind off stage selves. Culture shock is very much real. Fact is, a guide SHOUlD literally guide you through the process of getting to know them in the same WAY that you would learn about them without watching a guide, just faster. Therefore, i FULLY believe that these guides should be divided into two parts. "Part 1- Welcome to Stray Kids/Becoming A Baby STAY" ... And "Part 2- In-depth SKZ Personality Profiles for the Established Baby STAY" Of course, this is just my opinion, (and of course I do not include this channel in this). Honestly, I have seen way to many reactors do one of these guides, who were brand new to kpop in general, and happened to be from a part of the world where idol culture shock is basically expected because they habe been taught male intimacy is weird. AND said reactors happened to still have those judgemental "my experiences are the societal norm" goggles on. Making the whol video an exasperating experience for us fans, and ending with us still typing out a lengthy (because, well, in that situation short just isnt an option, so just have to really hope they would even bother to read it lol) comment, and try to dig from within you that person who once at least has some semblance of understanding as to why they behaved the way they did. Just so you could try and being about a little understanding, or at the very least, a litrle decency... in dealing with them 😤😮‍💨 So, yeah.... Anyways! Lol

I think we have to remember how long these things take and how ppl just do this as a fun and helpful thing and not as an end all be all bc most guides will be out of date within months. I think if that’s the type of guide you enjoy that’s fine but there’s no one way to do guides tbh, as long as there’s helpful info and good intentions. I’ve seen some of ur other replies about this guide so yeah just try and give ur fellow stays some grace bc at the end of the day, they’re doing this for other ppl and rlly get nothing from it themselves and this isn’t a school project, so it doesn’t need to be perfect or treated like one^^ these things take times and people often have university and jobs on top of this! No guide will ever be perfect and none will ever cater to everyone. Especially as time passes and info changes. I think if you have a certain way you like guides and issues w existing ones you can always try ur hand at making one urself? Idk just a thought! Whenever I see ppl rlly criticize fan made content or content creators like this, my go to answer is usually to remind them of what fanmade content is rlly about and how time consuming some can be. And them to recommend them trying it themselves. Bc at the end of the day these guides are something ppl put a lot of time into! And it isn’t as easy and some may think. I just don’t think the criticism is very fair on the creator here. And if there’s so much u dislike you can recommend one you prefer without going in on the current one OR you can always make one urself. Bc you’re bound to like that one since it’ll be ur own taste
