Only those at the top of their game can fool with ballet this way. It was a joy to watch... especially when she pushes her glasses back up her nose. Thank you for posting. It made me laugh out loud.

Профессионализм и русскую балетную школу"не пропьёшь"ни за какие коврижки:с сумочкой ли-без сумочки ли!.. Увертюры Дж.Россини-это НЕТЛЕНКА,но не думала,что могут так быть обыграны вроде и осовременены,но как чувствуется у ребят наша атлетически сильная балетная выучка! Браво,ребята!

Смотрела это произведение в другом исполнении! Оба прекрасны! Молодцы! Круто и смешно! Спасибо!

И я смотрела. Наши артисты балета, конечно, мастера, но то выступление было острее, ярче и выразительнее.

Я терпеть не могу балет, но после таких ребят готова смотреть каждый день! Красавцы!!! Браво!!!!! Юмор не кому не повредит и уши отдохнули от всякой непотребной фигни типа рэпа.

Who was the director filming this ballet? He deserves to be flogged on the public square. Uliana and Marat deserve better. Anyway, they /she are so good I enjoyed it all the same.

This is the Grand Pas De Deux by Gluck - and is danced by many ballerina's/ballerino - equally well and equally tongue in cheeck - check out Alicia Amatriain of Stuttgarter Ballert and Roberto Bolle - I would contend that the technique is of equal merit but for me she is far more comedic.

Да, там отзыв публики добавляет настроение. Плюс съемка позволяет весь номер увидеть, а здесь снимали пародийный номер как классику и вообще непонятно что к чему.

It is only me or this piece is not for her. She is without doubt one of the best ballerinas of tue world but when I think of the origina with lRobert Tewsley and Julia Krämer or even the version with Roberto Bolle and Alicia Amatriain or Jason Reilley and Alicia , I have to say that this version is somehow to slow and not funny enough.

Yes, it is only you. Versions you mentioned are indeed comic... however this is elegantly funny. It's like difference between dry explicit joke and an intelligent one with some good point.

Well, it is a matter of opinion and of personal taste. As I said, Uliana is without doubt one of the best ballerinas of the world, but this piece is not for her. I doubt that Christian Spuck's intention was to create something "to make the difference between a dry explicit joke and an intelligent with some good point" (how sanctimonious and patronizing does this sound) but just something really fun to have a good laugh, in your words "something dry explicit" . I doubt I am the only one thinking this way, just the only one who has said it.

Mimarspre I totally agree with you. She's technically perfect but she's The Classic ballerina Who is fit for The repertoire's Classic Roles. She lacks irony and humour which are The essential elements of This pièce, while this performance looks too much composed and elegant but it isn't supposed to be like that! It's a parody so it should make people laugh and Alicia Amatrian is far better than Uliana in accomplishing that

@@dalxo she missed some of the funny parts, unfortunately, which are definitely part of the choreography. Like the one were she is supposed to get dizzy after the fouettés and stumbles off. Also, these lifts at the end should look like they messed it up, but she makes it look intentional when she touches the floor, for example.

Disagree. Alicia was just comic, like clown. This was very elegant and with much more added details, expressions and points. You dont need to pull up tutu to look funny...

this coreo was made expecially for alicia. just for her.she is amazing and she has nothing less then this one. this one is elegant and all that shit of course,but is boring and there is almost none expression. they are 2 wonderful ballerinas but alicia in this is just better. and by the way, this was suppose to be comic and not making the odience sleeping

Плохая съемка! Не надо было отдельными планами лица и ноги показывать, или то близко, то далеко, это очень мешает смотреть, все-таки это не сериал на ТВ. В видео с другими исполнителями такого не было, поэтому получилось на порядок интереснее и смешнее!
