Great review - Question, can the walkie talkie scan the VHF/UHF bands and can you plug in a particular frequency. I am a ham and this has application for me if the VHF/UHF radio has flexibility.. scanning, operating on 140mhz and above etc...

Armor 26 ultra has GPS L1, L5 but not satellite messages, for them see Armor 23 Ultra. Don't forget that you have a monthly/annual subscription for satellite messages.

I found ulefone is a very interesting phone brand 1.got own case for each model 2.some model have charging dock 3. IR sensor as remote controller 4.FM radio without headphone as antenna 5.still have headphone jack just bought armor 22 😊, my next phone will be ulefone 😊

In terms of performance, they are similar, both fast and fluid, but the Armor 26 Ultra is still a somewhat professional smartphone with additional options and capabilities.

The lack of software support is a joke. It comes with Android 13 releasing in May. Also it's rugged but not Gorilla Glass Victus. 😅

Well, try to set the resolution of the KZread video to 1080p, the video on the phone is excellent.

A very fat phone with out projector, thermal! Only the ancient walkie talkie function that reminds the first rugged phones of the 00's! Why buy this and not the Tank 3 Pro? (And looks alike to it)

This Ulefone is a real professional smartphone, not a toy like Tank that pretends to be tough. I had a Tank 3 model, full of bugs, the camera was unusable... If you don't believe me, look on the forums to see what people say about the Tank...

Correct . But the medium user who is not mountain climber or soldier or industrial worker wants more for his money more for his heavy and fat rugged phone.I mean I have a such phone but I can see projector, I have sttong camping light.With the Ulefone? What do I have? Walkie talkie? Come on! I have three Ulefone rugged phones I now it's the best! But what new I got? Nothing! Thank you

The only thing I find with these phones is that the side buttons get pushed in too easily. They need to make them a little stiffer. Also if this had the satellite option would make it perfect and I would buy it. But I guess I will have to wait. The walkie-talkie option would be cool for out in the bush hunting. Would be nice if you would mention the distance that it goes

If you are interested, you have a satellite option in the Armor 23 Ultra model. I did not mention the walkie-talkie function in the review because this model is "regular" without such a function.

The real rugged phone no cover his charging port like umidigi bison.

Yes, but for example if you work in the field, at a job where there is dust, dirt, various particles of shavings, then it is better to have a cover so that such things do not enter the charging port.

@@GSMaholic Someone here using umidigi bison that time is typhoon but is success even muddy. I have rugged phone then I removed the cover then I put into the water. Now is gone. The water can penetrate to your phone.
