Ukraine did not attack neighboring countries, on the contrary, participating in peacekeeping missions under the auspices of the UN. Iraq attacked neighboring countries, the same Kuwait, Iran. Iraqi authorities used chemical weapons against the Kurds. I can go on for a long time, but you should not compare Ukraine with Iraq, these are two different countries and they are not connected in any way. The Iraqis defended the dictatorship, and the Ukrainians defended democracy and the freedom of their country from the invaders.

You can absolutely tell the professionalism of an army by the actions of the soldiers when not fighting, I have yet to see a single video of Russians performing maintenance on a single piece of equipment, where as I see the Ukrainians cleaning weapons, reloading ammunition and maintaining their equipment after every fight.
