No, because NATO didn’t attack Russia and is only supplying weapons and intelligence. Russia, China and Iran have interfered in western conflicts for fifty years in the exact same way NATO is supporting Ukraine. In fact, in the Korean War, Russian MiGs were flown by Russian pilots. @@richlopez5896 Meh, I honestly wouldn't really know, but a few long range missle or flying bomb attacks wouldn't be a huge drain on Russian manpower or resources. It's something Russia has plenty of. One thing that mainly Europe seems to forget is constantly underestimating Russian militairy power. By know you would expect more wisdom from our leaders, but I guess nothing ever changes. I can't even express how stupid it is to not invite Russia, at least they could have agreed on a cease-fire, just leave everything as it is, but at least stop the killing for the time being. It kinda already tells everything you need to know. The West has no intention at all to stop this madness.

Putin makes empty threats every few weeks because that’s pretty much his only option. Ukrainian F-16s are 100% safe at a NATO base. 1) Russia has no desire to have NATO destroy them. 2) Russia has no ability to hit those F-16s as they are in a NATO county and protected by effective air-defense systems. F-16s arrive this month and will cause lots of damage. Russia’s tendu I g Air Force is inept and their air-defense is a joke these days.

Previously told Ukraine will not get airfield for F16 inside Ukraine.

Sure but after one year of taking Soledar, Russia can only advance up to 1 miles East for 1 year. The West is kind to Russia by not allowing HIMARS strikes inside Russia on the East. Otherwise, Soladar would not stand for one month. Russia can only take what its supply lines allow it to take. Which supply lines Russia can keep is the West's decision. Kharkiv is protected by air defenses and limited HIMARS strikes in Russian territory are allowed. Russia cannot do anything there. The US has not allowed ATACMS strikes from Kharkiv, which will be an option if Russia advances there. Kharkiv, Kyiv and Odessa will not fall.

No point in targeting Russian air defense when Kiev has no planes left to launch SCALP/SS cruise missiles. Some ATACMS types can be hit with S-400s but a better use might be to destroy the launcher HIMARS en route and already deployed if deemed worth using missiles. Russia's air force and drone increases could destroy launchers more cheaply and be highly effective when containers are moved by river and road. Most railway bridges leading to Kiev 'fronts' in various places have gone. US supplies seem to be less than half of what should have arrived if anyone believed Austin and Blinken. In fact the US is hoping that rag-bag European deliveries will keep the conflict going until Ukrainian people, Deputies and parts of the army oust Zelenskyy. Switzerland risks damaging its reputation by holding the faux 'summit'. Russia would need to be invited but would also be wise to repudiate the validity of other states chattering about the Black Sea region. Russia could suggest another venue under UN/OSCE supervision with only relevant parties present and no 'bloc' representation by such as the EU Commission or NATO because these are not sovereign entities. Ukrainian SU-24s being armed up in Poland was potentially escalatory and not acted upon by Russia. Proposed moving of F-16s into "safe places" to be used by Kiev against Russia, possibly inside Russia going by recent actions is 100% escalatory and reckless. The weapons would be legitimate targets and the leaders of contributing need to be formally told via ambassadors and reported to the world's press that direct action could be taken in the event of use state to state. I doubt that NATO would threaten to enact any of the 8 Articles and any utterances from EU agencies would be irrelevant on foot of no authority by charter or by law.

Ukraine's Kyiv regime & Azov Battalion, backed by the U.S.A./Victoria Nuland were bombing & killing innocent women, children & men in the Donbas area (pro-Russian separatists) which means they are Ukrainian citizens that speak Russian for the last past 10 years, since 2014, 20,000 + people dead, Finally Putin said enough is enough because the people there asked him for help, that’s why so many people voted to become Russia in those areas, Putin only went there to sort that area out & keep a "buffer line" so the bombs can’t reach the area (that’s why the front line hasn’t changed much in 2 years) but now with Zelensky & the U.S/E.U escalating by giving longer range missiles being able to strike not only that area but now also strike into Russia mainland Russia is forced to move forward & create a even bigger gap "buffer line" however because Zelensky is playing games (for money for himself not country) & not coming to the negotiation table, "making it illegal for Ukraine to negotiate" Russia has written him off & now will make Ukraine surrender because they have now become a threat to Russian mainland by not only targeting the people in Donbas but now also having weapons strong enough to target innocent civilians in Russia.
