In the past three days, Russian troops, backed by fighter jets, artillery and lethal drones, have poured across Ukraine’s northeastern border and seized at least nine villages and settlements, in the Khakiv region. Thousands of people are fleeing the zone, helped by coordination centers. France's 24 reporter Emmanuelle Chaze tells us more about what is happening the ground, and interviews Yevgen Kolyada, Head of Relief Coordination Center.

The Kharkov authorities are generally interesting. The governor says there is no need to panic, everything is fine, there is no need to leave. And this despite the fact that only 6 out of 18 deputies came to the last meeting of the city council. As it turned out, the rest left along with their families and belongings. I wonder how many of them will be left for the next meeting.
Russia will surround Kharkiv, create a buffer zone to prevent artillery launches into Russia, which will expand as necessary to achieve its intended results. Unless NATO puts troops in(which they WONT ) , Russia will accomplish its military goals.
