Ukraine observes day of mourning after deadly Russian missile strikes | BBC News
A day of mourning is being observed in Ukraine after one of the worst waves of Russian missile strikes in months, with at least 41 people killed and 166 injured.
The main children's hospital in the capital Kyiv was among buildings hit in cities across the country on Monday.
Russia denied targeting the Kyiv hospital, saying it had been hit by fragments of a Ukrainian air defence missile, while Ukraine said it had found remnants of a Russian cruise missile.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called the attack "brutal" and described his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin as a "bloody criminal".

USA is telling Zelesksy to say NO to all the peace proposals. For USA, it is all about the "Transfer of Wealth". And in future, Uraine would need to pay back the Trillion Dollars that USA (EU, UK< etc.) has provided to Zelesksy for the war. Ukraine has Trillion dollars worth of various natural resources. USA and the West are looking forward to get all those natural resources in Ukraine for dirt cheap after the war end - Just like what they have been doing (and even still doing) in various parts of Africa.

There is video evidence and actual rocket debris recovered. By “many” I guess you mean Russians, who themselves suggested many different theories, including one that they hit the hospital because it was actually a hospital for injured soldiers. When children with cancer were pictured, suddenly theories changed and it’s again Ukrainians bombing themselves😂. Every hit on civilians russia denies. Only thing is civilians die as a result of their war. They didn’t die before russia invaded.

This strike is not an accident, it is a clear message from Russia to the West when NATO is about to have its summit. The Russians fire 8-10 thousand artillery shells every day. Yet they send multi million cruise missiles, into the most heavy defended AA area in Ukraine, to hit some childrens hospital? If they wanted to kill civillians, they could do it far more efficiently and effectively. More than likely an intercepted missile / air defence missile. Bare in mind 40 were fired and other buildings were struck belonging to Ukraines MIC. Crimea beach was explained away in the same manner. Staying objective when propaganda is everywhere is important.

have you seen the footage of the missile hitting the hospital? it was following a trajectory, and it was not damage by air defenses, you can clearly see the missile on some of the videos.

It's just very improbable that this would be their chosen target and chosen weapons system in a campaign against civillians. They have more effective means of achieving this goal. Glide bombs, Artillery. They have other targets which are closer and far less defended. And the civillian casualties suggests to me that it isn't a strategy. The missile appeared to be intact so obviously not debris. Only Russia knows for certain what it targeted. Time will no doubt reveal the truth.

The problem is too many NATO members have not allocated the 2% of their GDP to defence spending and this has been going on for decades, so their defenses and offensive capabilities right now are almost non-existent. If a war breaks about between NATO proper and Russia, Russia immediately has the upper-hand as they've been in a "war economy" for two years, and much to the chagrin of gasbag war-pundits who've said (since the war started) that Russia is "running out" of weapons, bombs, tanks or men which has not happened, this should show NATO members that they need to be equally, if not more resilient, than Russia in sourcing offensive weapons and other resources for a pro-longed war, and 2% per annum is nowhere near the figure needed (30% is probably closer to the mark) for defense spending.
