Ukraine: From Proxy War to Nuclear War?

Ойын-сауық

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin says the United States is ready for anything after Russian officials warn of the danger of nuclear war. Brian and Eugene Puryear discuss how the NATO powers are implementing their strategy of fighting a long-term proxy conflict against Russia as well as Russia’s move to end gas sales to Poland and Bulgaria amid all-out economic warfare waged by the west. They also put these current developments into a historical perspective and explore how relations between the peoples of the region were completely different during the Soviet period.
Eugene Puryear is the host of the BreakThrough News podcast The Punch Out, and co-host of the BT live video show The Freedom Side.

The United States has maintained sanctions/embargo against a sovereign country, for 70 years, specifically BECAUSE that country asserted its sovereignty and refused to submit to U.S. domination. Of course, I'm referring to Cuba.

U.S. foreign policy has always been for the benefit of the U.S. alone. Countries who don't play ball are sanctioned, and those who bow down (U.S. allies) have to go along with U.S. failed foreign policy or be ostracized (potentially even sanctioned), even if such actions are against their own country's interests. But the world has grown sick of this petulant U.S. who does nothing but destroy and murder, going as far as starting conflicts to line their own pockets. And because of that once Russia and China gives the world a currency alternative to the U.S., everybody will jump ship and abandon the U.S. to its fate.

So does the US also respect the Solomon Islands pact with China for security guarantees? For some reason we claim that what the Solomon Islands did with China posses a clear security risk to the US, and the Solomon Islands aren’t even on our border! But we get all high and mighty when Russia has the same complaint about Ukraine?

Did you make that comment from the bottom basement of the CIA! THIS PURE SHITE... no different than all the crap out there! As usual, the infinite debates that bring up every possible point which the people hardly care to understand... not only that, the core point(and there is only one) is NEVER mentioned. Now, the people will remain quiet as long as body-bags are not making their way back to the U.S., what a phckng laugh! since the people are made to pay for this worldwide crime via the illegal financial system using the lie of inflation as one of their top tools. All these pundits are off-base, period. Their base they intellectualize of the events is on false data... it is pure garbage-in garbage-out shite. This only helps the CRIMINAL PRESS to continue to spread their propaganda and keep the people completely blind to the truth... because THE CRIMINAL MEDIA is feeding that false base to the entire Western Word. Now, you say! ...what is that one core point? I have now come to the realization that people are to phckng lame, dumbed down, void of mental capacity to grasp that core point, and much less have the balls to do anything about it... so, phck you all! The United States and all the rest of the Western world who have been made to unite in this worldwide crime are about the sorriest pieces of rabid criminals that could ever exist on Earth... and all of it based on one core point that the masses are staying phckng blind about! You idiots believe economies are at the mercy of business cycles, ups and downs, etc... YOU PHCKNG idiots! ...keep swallowing that lie and remain in this nightmare, until you have become complete slaves... you are slaves now... but nothing compared to what is coming, if you do not figure this out!

The history of Ukraine should never be looked at starting from the Soviet Union, because the big part of today’s Ukraine is historical Russia, that was included by Bolsheviks into a Newly formed republic Ukraine by a stroke of a pen. This is what Putin was talking about. During Soviet Union It didn’t matter because it was one unified Country and the borders were purely administrative in the most cases however people living in this newly formed republics were all called Ukrainians in their passports even if they were Russians just five minutes ago. Of course such policy still has its repercussions Putin didn’t say that Ukrainian people didn’t exist they did exist but not on this vast territories That are called Ukraine today.

A message from the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to all the nations of the world: Dear citizens of our wonderful planet Earth! I, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, decided to address all of you directly, bypassing diplomats, your rulers and journalists. In Russia, there is such a thing as "the time of surrender", where you cannot lie, deceive and play. That's why I'm going to be honest so everyone can check the truth of my words. Russia is a great and rich country. The main value is more than 150 peoples who live on a territory where justice is above all. We don't need new territories. We have plenty of energy and all other resources. Since the time of the Great Tartaria and the Great Mogul, the peoples of northern European have evolved not because of looting in the crusade wars and colonization of America, Africa, India, drug addiction in China, but thanks to their hard work and peacekeeping. Those who know Russian understand that "Russian" is an adjective for all the peoples of our country. Russian Slovenians, Russian Tatars, Russian Jews, Russian Evenkas and so on are Russians in the soul, although their culture, language, lifestyle may differ. We salute this diversity of unity. Once again, the Russian people of Russia are forced to sacrifice their lives, protecting the world from Nazism and fascism. We exchanged 50 of our prisoners of war for 50 Ukrainian soldiers. Ukrainian soldiers received medical assistance in our hospitals, ate three large meals a day and returned home. We received Russian soldiers with their fingers cut off and reproductive organs. Not even the Nazis did this during the last war. We will present these evidence in a future court. Shame on anyone who supports these scoundrels now. Your rulers in the United States, Europe, Japan, Australia and other countries have stood on the side of these subhumans, who have put civilians, pregnant women and children in front of them, intentionally harming prisoners of war. It’s hard for me to imagine a healthy, healthy person supporting these monsters. And your Bidens, Scholars, Macron and other dark-fashioned Democrats not only protect criminals, but also actively arm them, supply them with money, which is not enough to keep prices in your countries low. Prices are rising, the world is collapsing, but not because the Russians are cleansing Europe of Nazis evil spirits, but because you don't watch and actually support a new wave of Nazism. This time we are not going to Berlin. We will stand on our historical borders, and all the Nazis evil spirits, to whom your rulers wide open, will arrange a new "crystal" life, as the Nazis did, adding reproductive organs circumcised. I appeal to all who want to live and work in peace, to raise children and to be friends with the nations of the world. Help Russia fight the new cancer - Ukrainian Nazism. Not Ukraine where peaceful and valuable people live, but Nazism, fed by hawks from the USA and NATO for your taxes. If your rulers support Nazism, chase them out three doors, take power into your own hands. Ukrainian Nazis protect themselves from bullets of civilians, their rulers, under the pretext of terrible Russia, also decided to transfer the burden of high prices and upcoming troubles to the population. Both in Ukraine and in you, Nazis live well behind the backs of ordinary citizens, and ordinary people should suffer - these are identical crimes in both Ukraine and the West. If we unite, then in another week there will be no Nazis in Ukraine, normal life will return to Europe, the USA and other countries, and together we will judge Ukrainian Nazis and all the rulers who support Nazism in the new tribunal. Our goal is the right one. We will defeat the nazism. I would like to share this win with everyone together as soon as possible. Our goal is the right one.

Where Ukraine is concerned, NATO contests, Russia's claims to the Don Bas and Crimea. That is the current state of affairs. However, Poland has valid claims to large areas of Western Ukraine going back to the 1939 German/Russian partition of Poland... Did Ukraine inherit these Polish areas by virtue of Ukraine's independence? My point is that the Soviet administrative entity of “The Ukraine” was cobbled together in the first place and became a Ukrainian, territorial windfall at the 1991 independence. A country of diverse ethnicities that has chosen the path of Ukrainian nationalism sowing discord among large Russian minorities. From the beginning, 2013, the US has encouraged the conflict by providing Ukraine with arms and support or as the Chinese like to say, “Throwing gasoline on the fire”, not to help Ukraine but to weaken and destroy Russia...

Good to hear Eugene talk about the deeper meaning underpinning the Russian revolution of 1917. If only the universal soldier and would be revolutionaries just pause for a while to consider what he or she is doing when they go onto the streets or to war, only then might we start putting an end to wars; maybe for ever. The universal soldier and revolutionary is never defending life or place in the truest sense of these words; what they are defending at best are abstract human constructs of territory and ideologies, or at worst, their own personal desire for the action and excitement of kill or be killed. The truest sense of life and place that is worth defending is that of our human relatedness to each other and to our planet; in other words, the defence of our habitat and our human fulfilment.

Brian, all of this started when the US dropped 2 atom bombs on Japan obstensibly to end the war. But, it's on record that that action was the US's way of saying" this is what we're going to do to you." So the policy hasn't changed the actions of the US since WW2 are still aggressive.

You are sure absolutely 100% correct. 🇺🇸 will not let Russia or China, no country set up military bases near them. I feel Putin and don't blame him for his actions. Also the broke an old agreement not to spread Nato east of Germany. America has always been treaty breakers and shit starters with a smile since birth. America needs to mind their business and get stuff straight at home.

Forget about Germany and Russia the question is question is when China invades Taiwan who's going to turn around and getting involved this is the same thing as Russia and Ukraine but China already knew all the stops 10 to 20 years in advance China already prepared to self 10 and 20 years in a bath and it's surpassing the United States and weapons and weapons Russia and the other hand was not looking for war what's looking to be a neutral nation that would deal with all other nations same thing A-day with India Russia will never fall India they both neutral that's that's why India and butcher are best friends But if there's A-war nuclear war I guarantee no one will what survive the whole Western atmosphere will be wet Out Ukraine and you will be wiped out just only by Russia where shall we destroy everything and anything that has to deal with America and it would destroy itself and America would get destroyed but do not do things that rush have a gthe 2 things I wrote showed will gain zip purity and will become a super power throughout the whole entire world forever ever so this game is a stupid game that United States is not going to win
