He’s so amazing at counciling can you please do more common OSCE stations with him like chest pain, jaundice, breathlessness etc. because I love the way he phrases things and deals with concerns

Hi great video btw. How comes they didnt give folic acid along with the methotrexate? I thought that folic acid is always prescribed with methotrexate.

methotrexate monday and folic acid friday is recommended
Would all PTs get a CXR before starting methotrexate? I noticed the BNF only mentions FBC, U&E and LFTs for monitoring and pre-treatment screening?

Methotrexate cam sometimes cause pulmonary fibrosis
As students in OSCEs are we given information prior to counselling the patient or do we have to go off of what we know?
