It's bad enough to have counterfeit cards to worry about... and now there are counterfeit PSA cases as well... Card collecting is getting more scary every day.

i have multiple copies of psa slabs for sale sometimes, so i do block out the cert number, but if the customer asks i send them real pictures. i only do this with lower cost items under 50 or so

At this point . Buying Japanese cards is not even worth it no more. Iam starting to look at all my Japanese booster boxes that I have sealed with a side eye because now I’m wondering “damn this Japanese booster box I brought 7 years ago , is it a resealed? , is it fake ?” … always sitting in my back of my mind

If it's before the pandemic and you didn't buy them for extremely cheap, they are most likely legit. Could always open them and see for yourself 😂

If I'm been brutally honest. People should stay well clear of Japanese graded right now. I know the FOMO is massive but you don't really need these things and they are graded in their absolute thousands. These aren't rare and the price does not match the data. Might take you 10 years but you will get these things for a decennt price eventually when FOMO dies (which it will).

This is why I stay away from cards. My transformers collection is legit and its a lot harder to pass off a ko with figures.
