can anyone explain the part where the interviewer asked UKAY about what he thinks about HIP HOP foundations, if it's more of an open style and you can do whatever you want with it or if it's dependent on the bounce, rock and etc....?

In Ukay‘s opinion - hip hop is always changing with time and the surroundings. For everyone it will be different but the most important thing is to do something positive with it
