which is what frustrates me with other reactors. At this point, I would prefer the other reactors review Genius and watch the video 2x before recording. pls

age 21 and in jail turned me so solid. So solid crew - 21 seconds was one of the first UK street crews before grime even existed about 20 years ago. You're one of the only reactors to catch the Russian and German bar!

Giggs was probably one of the realest artists from the country a real gang member/leader. He found a path through rap out of that life for real with his crew sn1. His catalogue is defo worth reacting too. His style is usually quite slow and his deep voice adds to it. Dave would have been buzzing to get Giggs on this. It's like when d double e gets on a track not everyone gets it but absolute og's of the scene

Giggs has and will always sound like that G. Hes an OG so they came through an era where they all had their owen unique styles

A lot of the comments saying Giggs’ verse was weak but he’s good elsewhere but the reality is, if you don’t like this verse, you probably won’t like Giggs period. Yes, there are more bar heavy verses but he’s never been an out and out puncher. It’s all about his laid back carnage and delivery, the style of an OG. Much love but even though I’d love you to check out more Giggs, I don’t think he’d be your cup of tea if you didn’t feel this verse at all!

I actually think on the studio version this is the best verse I've heard from giggs (not usually a fan of his though). But this performance was fucking awful. The bars aren't great, but the feeling on the track was right. He sped it up live and he lost that feeling. Without that or any actual bars he completely let this performance down. The other artists deserved better from him.

Yo you're right about Giggs on this track. Most of his recent stuff is like this but he's got skin in this game. He's an OG (the landlord). His influence on UK music is major. Back when he was active his music was proper. Stylistically, he is known for the laid back energy....it's just his thing. To be clear though he has never been close to man like Wretch, Ghetts, Kano, Chip etc His pen is different, he spoke about the roads in a way that was raw but accessable to those who can't catch the more complex wordplay

Giggs is an OG but he's not great. Pretty basic bars but he has some street anthems

Giggs must have really been something back in the day to have created such a platform for himself because his performances are so consistently underwhelming to me. The voice isnt enough to make up for the meh bars, lazy flow, and lack of presence on the track. Only song I've really enjoyed him on is P Money - Where & When. Still, he sticks out like a sore thumb in this lineup of straight spitters. I respect what he's done for the UK scene tho, definitely one of the OGs.
