Vietnamese tongue twisters are usually designed in a way that if you master the tongue twister, you gotta slip your tongue into the "taboo" and "rude" things so many times before that. For example, with the "buổi trưa ăn bưởi chua" in the clip, to get the right thing (I eat sour grapefruit at noon), you gotta stumble into "sour d*ck is eaten at noon" many times before that.

Actually, that Thai latinization was too difficult. Let me make it more simple for those who read this comment. The first one “ยายกินลำไยน้ำลายยายไหลย้อย” would be “Yai kin lam yai, nam lai yai lai yoi.” The second one “ชามเขียวคว่ำเช้า ชามขาวคว่ำค่ำ” would be “Cham kiew kwam chao, cham kaw kwam kam.” Enjoy twisting your tongue 55555555555🤣

Lauren had to make it everything first and saying " don't make me go first" 😂 , i missed her , her return is meanful for the channel
For first Thai tongue twister is "ยายกินลำไย น้ำลายยายไหลย้อย" ,which means grandma eats longan and her saliva drips. Second Thai tongue twister is "ชามเขียวคว่ำเช้า ชามขาวคว่ำค่ำ" ,which means the green bowl is turned upside down in the morning and the white bowl is turned upside down at night.
Even for French, the 2 sentences can be hard. The Vietnamese and Thai ones were definitely the ‘last boss’

It's good content and a lot of fun. But let me make a few comments about the Thai language. I'm Thai. Of course, Thailand doesn't have the English alphabet like the other three countries. The Thai language has a tone, and they created the sentence’s sound to easy Thai pronounce (but misspelled the Thai alphabet in that English sentence) hardly any words match the Thai alphabet. It made it even more difficult to pronounce. It's good that there are examples of correct pronunciation from Thai people. I couldn't pronounce the sounds they created without the Thai language there. It made me feel a little frustrated. Check thoroughly first. It's all just my opinion.😂😂Thank you for new video.
@lanzsibelius

That is great!! Both vietnamese and thai sound really cool. Could you write them in a more phonetical way using the latin alphabet?? I guess tones are almost imposible to write, but in one of them there's an x, and I hear nothing like an x, so I think there must be a better way to write that word. Any way greetings from Mexico!!
@nidshi5341

@@lanzsibelius Maybe because the writing method of each country is different, it’s understandable. But for me, if writing in Thai alphabet to be easier to read, such as yai kin lam yai nam lai yai lai yoai, something like that.I feels easier to pronounce.Which sometimes I feel like I don't need to put tone marks because even though I'm Thai, I still can't pronounce it right sometimes hahaha😂😂

I disagree with the writing phonetics of Thai and it made it harder than it really is. I know it because I can read Thai. The video was very entertaining whatsoever. Thanks!
as thai i think that two word is the easiest of all tongue twister that we have
Thai looks pretty cute :3
We don't use Phonetics letter to spell these. (Thai) Even Thai can't read those phonetic. Charm Khiaw Kwump Chao, Charm Khao Kwump Kump... is what we would write as to get as close sound as possible without using phonetics.
The transliteration for the Thai phrases looks very much like something from Google Translate, which is by no mean a standard transliteration system and is used by no one. So to try to figure out the pronunciation based on these weird spellings is nonsense. There are quite a few variants of transliteration system used for teaching Thai to foreigners. (Since the official system is not accurate enough for the educational purpose.) For example here is one possibility to transliterate the phrases in the video: 1. ya:i kin lamyai, námla:i ya:i lǎi yɔ́:i 2. cha:m khǐa:o khwâm cháo, cha:m khǎ:o khwâm khâm There are some symbols needed to be explained though, but I think they look much more sensible than the Google Translate weird system. What I'd like to say is, for contents related to an unfamiliar language, especially Thai, please do not rely on Google Translate and provide misleading information to your audience. Thank you.

They all spoke more than 3 languages is insane to me.
It’s a shame that for the french ones they didn’t pick « un chasseur sachant chasser doit savoir chasser sans son chien » instead of the piano one
As a thai person these tounge twister is pretty difficult to be honest
In French we also have : "Un chasseur sachant chasser sait chasser sans son chien" : "A hunter who knows who to hunt can hunt without his dog"
So she speaks Thai, English, and Korean....

Wut? How were French tongue twisters the hardest in this video if you're a French speaker? French is my mother tongue as well and Thai was by far the hardest. For any native speaker of a western European language, that alphabet is four parallel universes of difficulty ahead of the latin alphabet lmao.
indonesia is has a tounge twister too this is the example for one: -ular melingkar-lingkar diatas pagar bundar bundar meaning : "a snake round under the fence in round shape" and the other is: -boli bolak-balik beli bola bulat meaning: "boli back and forth buy a round ball" and another one is: -kata kakak ku kaki kakek ku kaku kaku meaning: "my brother told me my grandpa feet cramps" and the last one is: -kek kaki kakek kaku kek? meaning: "grandpa are your feet cramps, grandpa?"

Bye-bye, tower of Babel if we can agree on how to transcribe (and simplify) the sounds when speaking. In the end, when you say that English is easier because it is read as it is written, it should be pointed out that there is also a dance of vowels, they are omitted or exchanged, for example, in "I am", the "a" in "I" is omitted, it would have to be written "Ai am", the pure sound of A is like in America, but you name the "A" in English as "ei"... etc
I was a bit disappointed with the one chosen in French :') It's always these two, when they are actually only ever interesting if you repeat them. They are many more that makes you slip just by trying to read them!
