The 9f at 0:20 is the TRS2004 version and you probably assumed its one of the newer versions that require either tc3 or for newer versions, the s&c add-on for dependencies

I think the whistles from 0:17 to 0:22 are from the locos (A4, V2, 9f,Patriot 5xp).

In surveyor, click on the properties button (the ? symbol) and for whatever loco you have and type in the running number for that particular engine you have put or spawned on a map that you are using

The only good engine models you showed were at 1:02, 2:03, 2:05, 2:34, and 2:54 A lot of the british engines in Trainz look poorly made! Especially compared to the American content in Trainz at the time! I have no idea what that engine was at 2:20
