@IK_MK Their is no agreement that stipulate; "no refund"if an unforseen situation made the plans impossible to complete. Compensation is always "IN GOODFAITH" rule to follow by either parties.

Rwanda spent money preparing for the immigrants. Rwanda upheld its end of the deal, UK backed out and so Rwanda is at no obligation to return the money as it didn't violate or back out of the deal

When Rwanda makes Business we mean Business. Nobody forced them to sign that treaty, from loyal kingdom to the UK parliament. Rwanda only finess in a legal way

Rwanda did not have plans to build those houses. So no refunds for the budget used. And if there is any left, well it should compensate the wasted time.

The govt in UK changes every time so let's wait again for those who believe in the deal.The deal is not yet ended.Concerning the money Rwanda used it in preparations to receive those refugees as agreed it's up to UK to send them or not.

Read and understand the fine print, please. The newly elected UK government has scrapped the deal, and if another new government is elected in UK, there will be a new deal, totally different from the old deal. What part of that people still don't understand?

What you have seen is not all. Please say what you know, don't judge a book by its cover. If there are any amounts not used and the Rwandan government has sympathy, the remaining funds will be returned. Unless otherwise, you can blame the Rwandan government because it is not mentioned anywhere in the contract that under any circumstances should there be refunds.

No they don't. The deal was give money to Rwanda. Build residences and both Rwandans and immigrants get to live there. Rwandan citizens now reside there and space for the immigrants is still available. It was supposed to be shared.

Rwanda Refund Policy: All houses built for immigrants must not be refunded after 30 days return policy has expired. Rwanda store cards are also not redeemable after 45 days return policy for non electronic items. This policy is non negotiable so please do not call or write in regard to the purchase order
