❣Jimin “Closer Than This” MV, was released just 9 days after Jimin enlisted, in military, but lyrics that he wrote, as well as composed & helped produce, are telling us not to worry! That he’ll be back before we know it! That this is just but a comma, to our story together! He also aside from writing the lyrics & composing the melody, also drew most of the illustrations sketches in the MV, as well as hand picked all the clips from various concert performances, award shows, & behind the scene, which meant that much more to him because, army was there to support since the beginning, always there to cheer him & BTS on as well as help them win all their awards! Jimin as well as all members of BTS live their country, are very patriotic and went willingly to enlist as their patriotic duty! Jin comes back in 27 days, hopefully in time for Festa (June) .... Hobi is back this October... the others are due for Festa 2025, so June... from around the 12th (the first performance of BTS before their official debut show on June 13th 2013) to the 25th or so normally.... The younger ones deliberately enlisted together (well a day apart) to make sure they're all out at the same time in 2025.... Yoongi had to do 21mths instead of 18 as he is doing community/civil service... (He was deemed unsuitable for active service due to his shoulder surgery from his bike accident before he debuted with BTS).. He went in a few months before the last 4..... Not long now !!

🔗Interesting Info: ❣Yeon Eum Boys and Girls Choir gave enchanting harmony along with Jimin, truly captivating, especially in the latter part of the song. Jimin's charming vocals blend seamlessly with the pure vocals of the Yeon Eum Boys and Girls Choir, resulting in a beautiful and memorable performance. Also, aside from Jimin writing all the lyrics to this song, he wrote as a fan song just for army, meant to comfort & support while he as well as all members of BTS are all temporarily away in the military, he also is credited with composing the melody! Jimin also, pretty much hand picked the clips & photos chosen that were shown. There were so many occasions that Jimin made a point of telling army afterwards, about how special those particular times were, so meaningful & meant so much to him! I also believe that some of the drawings, sketches seen in the MV for “Closer than This”, were also Jimin’s! It definitely looked like his style. Though for some reason, it’s not known as much in the fandom, Jimin is quite impressive in his artwork, as seen in some rare times during run episodes & or behind the scenes..Jimin excelled not only in art class but Jimin also took calligraphy, which shows in the way he writes as well! 😍🐥That was producer Pdogg’s house shown, where Jimin also wrote most of the lyrics, composed melodies, & helped produce all his songs, worked alongside Pdogg, (legendary in-house BigHit genius producer, along with a couple of other producers, GHSTLOOP & Evan for his whole FACE album! Ft equally must hear songs ❣️“Face Off”, absolute fire❣️Alone”, so deep, beautiful & emotional. Which comes right after ❣️“Like Crazy” which has a full English version I almost prefer, as well, also a ‘hidden’ song ❣️”Letter” (hidden track only in physical album specifically for army), (which Jimin wrote as a thank you to army, & ❣️“Set Me Free Pt.2”. The whole album, as Jimin has mentioned, is what he was trying to convey, pouring his heart out, his very essence, to show what he was going through, during pandemic, his emotions, thoughts, loneliness, despair, depression, that he hoped to share & have many able to relate to! Plus his voice is so beyond heavenly, stunningly beautiful, so eloquent, his ability to convey his feelings, emotions, what the lyrics are trying to say, his approach, the various tones that resonate, making you feel that much more what he’s feeling. What a phenomenal artist he is! Jimin worked close to Pdogg, who he’s become quite close with already when creating Jimin’s earlier hit song “Friends” that he ft, V on, (“Friends” was in Marvel the Eternals film), that Jimin also wrote , composed, as well as helped produce previously, along with other songs in the past. Jimin worked so hard, non stop, while creating his FACE album that he pretty much stayed over Pdogg’s house, all of the 10 months it took to create the album, as shown in Jimin’s FACE production Diary documentary! Plus, as shown here, Jimin apparently worked on other songs with his production crew team. This time for “Closer than This” Jimin even had legendary Ayo the Producer, as well, working on it, who even posted, “we’re far from finished”! It looks like there might be more songs eventually being released as well, but this song was a special gift to army from Jimin knowing how much army would be missing the members now all gone to the military. All these photos, & clips shown are all the times & memories Jimin & rest of BTS shared with army who helped them with all their non stop support throughout the yrs, including helping them receive many of their awards! The bond between BTS and army is truly the insane I'm sure that Jimin Planned this way before Army wrote the song you guys should check it out it could be seen as a match to this song it's called love letters by Army a song for BTS ! The guys are currently serving 2 years mandatory military service jimin and Jungkook applied to participate in the South Korean military buddy system which allows two friends or family members spend their entire military service together when the emotional/mental aspect of the military but that are so means that the two chosen soldiers are sent to one of the front lines posts so they will be back June 2025

pjm2 will release by june/july too so hopefully you guys check it out as soon as it drops and for now you guys need to check out his other solo songs.. jimin has songs in different genres and you'll be surprised by his versatility

They wont be back as a group until June 2025. Jin will be out next month and Jhope in October this year. My favorite song by Jimin is Lie live performance but you would probably like set me free off his Face album.
