I remember reading a piece by an old UK politician about 40 years ago. They figured it was up to them to make decisions for their constituents, without consultation, as their constituents were too stupid to understand politics. Things haven't changed. None of them believe in democracy, except a very small number who have always spoken for those they represent. It is well past time that citizens understand the key thing to avoid is electing a politician who belongs to a political party - for they truly are owned by the party's owners.

Couple of things that I heard 7:19 this person says that Oct. 7th was an "undoubtably designed to provoke an over reaction", Yeah sure, it not Israel fault for what it did in Gaza, it is Hamas. By that logic Israel can carry out a genocide, and blame it on Hamas because it is Hamas that is responsible for the actions of Israel. Also, if this is so undoubtably, why is this the first time I hear this. 9:31 so this person says that the ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel (or America) because they did not sign on to The Rome Statute. By that logic the arrest warrant against Putin is null and void, because Russia is also not part of The Rome Statute, and that does that mean that the ICC has no jurisdiction over Russia. 12:37 If he would also like to point out the amount of prisoners the Israelis hold, how many Illegal settlements they have built, and how many Palestinians they have killed before Oct 7th would also be fair. BTW the mass rape story during Oct 7th is false, that's why the ICC did not issue an accusation for that, but only for rape in captivity because there is no evidence that during October 7th there was mass rape going on. Plus some more lies afterward, nobody denies people died. But the breast story is one of those false stories, and unfortunately one child died during October 7th, but limbs were not cut off from children. I could go on trough out this video, It is shameful to see that there are these false arguments being put forward, and some English politicians that still want to repeat Israel lies about October 7th.

Thank you for pointing these things out I totally agree. There is so much to unpack here.

You could equally argue that Gaza has the right to protecting its civilians too. How many times has Israel mowed the lawn? The two incidents are comparable.

The minister should be made to apologise to Parliament. He cannot lie to permanent, people were not dismembered as he said on October 7. The limbs were not cut apart, that is an out and out lie.
