Many of us in the UK are disgusted at the way our government is acting over its support for Israel. Rishi Sunak our prime minister is unelected and he had no right to go to Israel. Many British people agree with you the stance of our government hypocritical because at the same time we are supporting the Ukraine an oppressed nation from an aggressor nation we are also supporting Israel an aggressive nation that is oppressing the Palestinian people. A poll of British people today showed that 75 percent of us don't support the Israeli bombing of Gaza and want an immediate ceasefire.

If the UK government cares about civilian lives and international law, why did they abstain from the UN vote to have a brief ceasefire while aid is delivered?

UK, France and EU and US are not willing that Muslim countries unite and call for protection of their own strategic interests, their own geopolitical interests and their own securities.

UK/US/France were the nations who played the major role in creating the problem and responsible for all deaths. If UK/US/France had provided part of their land in 1948 to establish this country, it would have been very peaceful and billions of dollars would have saved.

Defender of human rights but the suffering of Palestinian people for a decades has not seen completely blind of what’s happening. They failed to condemn the Israeli forces for killing innocent civilians before this Hamas invasion began and violated international law multiple times. In my opinion I think the Palestinian people have the rights to defend itself and have the right to establish their own state .

Yes Hamas has always been against Israel existence no any doubts but during the time when Palestinians authority - who signed the Oslo declaration and agreed on 1967 sharing plan - was being strongly weakened with the help of Israel gouvernement, through out years, after the death of Yitzhak Rabin, which allowed Hamas ideology to expand into Hamas terrorism because they wanted to sabotage Oslo declaration like Hamas wanted but with an other messianic purpose, the occident closed their eyes. Neither religious radical group on both sides wanted to share anything. One is top 3 best army in the world, the other one is an armed militia. Netanyahu and his coalition shared responsibility with Hamas into this gigantic mess that is ethnically cleansing Christian and Muslim Palestinians. Both have to be condemned!
