UK government have been refusing to tell MP's what legal advice they have been given after ignoring the ICJ ruling and ceasefire vote and continuing to fund and arm against despite domestic laws on this too. If they admit the advice says its illegal then they have to stop and are liable to be prosecuted for abetting war crimes.

Have to repeal the 16th amendment, which would then make the only legal taxes be property taxes. While the government can still levy Tariffs since those aren't taxes. If this happened then the government would then applies fees to every service they provide and require, until such time as those fees were shown to be an undue burden and thus unconstitutional under the 4th amendment. Losing income tax would break the US government because it could not generate the funds necessary to pay its employees.

If you work for a company and pay PAYE you can not avoid UK income tax, ditto its hard to avoid VAT and sales duties. Only people in a position to try this type of protest would be the self employed and owners of their own companies who complete their own tax forms. But be warned HMRC his the direct heirs of people who used to use the rack and flogging to collect unpaid tax for over 1000 years. Not used these days but if you upset them they will make you life really, really shit for years. HMRC and His Majesties Customs have much greater powers than the Police.

Voting 3rd party might be effective at the local level. 3rd parties should prove themselves by winning some cities, counties and states first.
