Good information.. however the CoS will not be issued until March 11th as per my understanding. So all those who haven't got the Visa yet are on the trouble side... is there any sign of CoS will be issued before 11th...

Hi, could you please help me to clarify one doubt. I am waiting for CoS since November and I am under 6146 senior care worker, but my sponsor is regulated by Ofsted not by CQC as they are running residential childrens home for learning disabilities and other conditions like Autism and other illnesses. Will I get visa with Ofsted regulation? Employer says that CQC is for adults care and Childrens homes are regulated by Ofsted.

No you will not be eligible for the visa if the application is filed on or after 11 March 2024, as stated in the Statement of Changes to the Immigration rules.

Hi Sir, Is Nursery practitioner/Nursery Assistants are exempt from new skilled visa salary limit? because I saw they mentioned that they gonna exempt the new salary limit from care workers as well as Education workers as well.

As per my agent, They applied to the home office system for my COS under the job code 6145 on the 10th of January and have not received the COS confirmation yet. Please clear me, whether it is possible to take my dependents after the confirmation of COS?

all undecided CoS applications filed before 4 April 2024 have been deleted, the Sponsor has to file a new CoS application

there is no salary requirement, it is just that either a Dependant is allowed or not allowed depending on your job code

how about in my case i am Skilled worker my current salary is 25, 600 . my employer send me a link to fil up my information and send to home office to renew my VISA/BRP but my BRP valid until May 14 2024 so why they rush me.. do i need to fil up now or after April 4 2024? bec i think they try to TRICK ME???? salary must be at least £20,960 per year or £10.75 per hour

Am waiting for the COS now for more than 2months. My care home is regulated by CQC and its in the tier 2 sponsor list also. any reason why such delay for issuing COS?

It’s normal now The Home office is very busy And due to the new election they make more lazy the services I applied before 3 months Still I’m waiting for my visa decision, priority base application 😂

You cannot apply for visa without cos, without COS number you will be unable to go further with visa application. Its that simple.
