    Refusing a lone doe not solve the problem. Bring in technology and knowledge and train ugandans to do the work. That is called job creation and will built the country good roads. The west population are kept earning money and paying taxes to build roads and pay government employees. There is no time to properly enjoy the money you make. But in Africa in general, no work. This is a great idea but you mut do the above.

    Why would they still continue with building crude oil pipelines instead of refineries; Magufuli had rejected it.
