Another incredible video by Derek! 🙌 His wisdom and passion always shine through, reminding me of one of my favorite quotes: The only way to do great work is to love what you do. Keep inspiring us, Derek! You're making a real difference in the world!
Remember, no matter where you're at in your journey, every step counts. Keep pushing forward, stay positive, and amazing things will happen! We're all in this together 💪😊

That's a wonderful and motivating perspective! Every step in our journey, no matter how small, is significant. Staying positive and persistent can lead to amazing outcomes. It's also comforting to remember that we're not alone; we all share in the challenges and triumphs of our journeys. Keep pushing forward!
Unseen hours is such a great way to put it, man.
Jeezz...the video is packed! What I like to see. Thanks for this Derek.😁
Isn't it amazing how the universe aligns when you're focused and dedicated? No room for excuses in this vast cosmos.
The triple threat! What a collab!
It's true, it's never been easier to get ahead because everyone chases instant gratification nowadays which causes long-term detriment.
ohh I remember when Kurt Angle was on the channel and now you have Mark. You gotta get more of these PG guys Derek!
Great to see Alex here. What a true champ. And much respect for the rest of the guys.
Imagine just casually being surrounded by 4 world champs.

Look at his frame, arms etc, big neck, he has some body fat like we all but he is definetl strong af, look a is biceps, its the round empty ball muscle but the almost square shaped construction strenght bicep. Seems to move well too so i guess hes in good shape
JAKE IS DA MAN. FRIKIN LOVE JAKE SHIELDS AND THE SMASHING MACHINE
Jake is such a beast.
THE UNSEEN HOURS!!!⏳⏳
When they were all in the frame at the start It felt like I was being stared down by the x men.
This video hit home for me. It's all about taking responsibility for your actions and doing the work. No excuses. I wonder how mentorship plays into investment strategies though. Any insight on this?
Working out until 2 am is impressive. I'm pretty sleepy by that time. But there's so much research now into how sleep is super important to optimal results. Is Derek sacrificing the best results going too hard? Seems like his directions are at odds with each other.
Love the message! But what if you face unexpected challenges that are beyond your control? How do you adapt without making excuses?

The bar has never been lower to outperform your competition.
Wow, this video really got me thinking. How do you even find a mentor? And like, what exactly do you ask them?
How do you find the right mentor? And how do you know if they're the right fit for you?

To me, finding the right mentor, i have to define my goals, seek aligned values, evaluate my experience, assess my communication style, and ensure my availability. To determine if they’re a good fit, ensure you feel comfortable with them, receive constructive feedback, share mutual respect, and see progress. An initial meeting or trial period can help assess compatibility.
Where do you get the energy to work out this much?
The smarter you are the better your excuses sound.

Is all this training taking away from your ability to perform in your business or stock market? Or are those things so optimized that you can let them grow until the next opportunity?
I tried to sleep for only 5 hours and I was so OFF IT. I still got shit done though!
