Having pride for your race is different from having hate for another. I am a first generation Mexican/American and got to see first hand how tuff it was for my mother and father to make something of themselves. i understand 100% where Cain is coming from and am proud to have him as our 1rst ever Mexican MMA Heavy Weight Champ.

Open Case Well it's borderline racist. If I were to say, "White pride, white Americans, much love for our people" I'd be branded a racist, KKK, Nazi, xenophobe. If you said White pride I wouldn't care. I'd say good for you, everyone should be proud of their race. I'm proud of being a Latino/Mexican. So what? Doesn't mean I treat anyone else any different. And btw Cain is Mexican as they get. I don't know what you're going on about him being European because most Latinos have some European in them. Some are full European some are mixed some are Native some are a mixture of whatever else. Stop trying to divide. In my family we range from blue eyed and white to brown eyed and brown. But ask ANY of my family members what they are and they will tell you I'm MEXICAN.

The guy who commented above saying "much love" is proud, Cain is proud, and from what I've observed in my family my family is pretty proud too. Just shut up about him technically being European because LOTS of Mexicans are mixed or full blooded Spaniards or Natives or whatever. My idols are Marquez who looks mixed or mostly Native, Julio Cesar Chavez who looks mixed, Cain who looks mostly European, Salvador Sanchez who looks mixed between white and Black but those guys all carry the Mexican flag with pride when they fight.

Some Mexicans are even black/Afro-Mexican because of the slaves the Spanish brought with them.
