I like that Reyes weighed in 1/2 pound lighter than Weidman. I think it would be fun to weigh them as they're stepping into the cage just to see the weight difference as the fight is actually starting, just to have an extra statistic

weidman at 185 has intangible great features for the 5-10 ranked of that division, but at 205 he will possibly be aired out to dry like luke was. i just dont see weidman making a statement @205, i dont see him changing his career like how perhaps bader has renewed at HW. he might of peaked in his win vs kelvin. hes' technically sound, top to bottom hes a complete fighter, but at this stage of his career is he now a gate keeper? this fight will be the barometer for that...although...if any time is now to get a title fight in 205, its right here for all the 205ers. without rumble johnson, cormier, and gustaffson, (whom are the top guys at 205 imo still,) beyond that...who is potentially next to go the distance vs what i see as an unmotivated bones, at moment. a bones' on cruise control just controlling title fights and getting wins, which reminds me of gsp the last few fights he had (beyond bisbing.)

Weidman use to be my favorite 185 guy. Now he is as delusional as Outcold Rockhold. He's doing the exact same thing Outcold did. Looking straight past his opponent.
