You tripping. Dude was the champ & theres a good story between these two(avenging Glover). Gonna be one of the best stand up fights in the division by elite strikers with great highlight reels. Alex is popular & entertaining enough & Jamahal is scary enough in the octagon. Not about male soap operas & Stan fan bases anyways but satisfying fights. Clearly the best fight on the card & great opportunity for Jamahal. Yall were expecting too much bs like yall never saw UFC 200 nor 100. Had to be a title fight & this made sense many months ago hence why i knew it back then.

How in the world didn’t Whitaker v Costa get fight of the night? Or even bonuses?! That was a war.

I called this way back bro. The hints were already there thanks to Alex. They were looking for something bigger but had this one in mind. Theres story behind it(revenge for Glover) & both dudes are elite level strikers...both of their greatest tests in many ways(in light of the fact Alex beat Izzy 3 times already in his life).

Its a pretty stacked card with lots of good fights. I dont know what a lot of people were expecting?. Some kind of celebrity gimmick fight ?

Still upset when Dana was saying we can’t handle the main event when this was probably my least favorite outcome out of Leon or Tom or DDP.. but now Alex gets his shot to win one back for glover. I still remember the stare they had when Jamal beat glover 😬 ps it’s a fairy tale ending and huge troll on Izzy if Alex retires on a win at 300 😂 even though he’s probably gonna call him out again 😂

Izzy relaxing, wants to stay middle weight, & isnt ready to fight a guy who beat him thrice at a heavier weight that favors Alex. Alex not able to cut weight for that class realistically unless he loses muscle & diets with a longer training camp....thats why that aint happening nor anytime soon.

McGregor was never going to be on this card as it will sell well without him. His return will be a bigger selling PPV anyway. However to have him return on this card would have been perfect as it could have been a 3 rounder.

He cant be rushed...all these delays are due to him. Add in that the card sells itself, itd be a waste to hijack the card making it into the Conor show. He needs his own card so his Stans can support him proper(good business move for sure).

This is not good enough to be one of the hundred cards. I would just cancel this card and wait until you can actually stack the card with some better fights while I love the main event fight it’s not worthy of a 300 main event spot. As I have said some fun fights but nothing anyone really wants that’s a hardcore fight fan.
