Izzy isn't get a immediate rematch. And even if he did he would still lose. Strickland's style makes things impossible for him. His best move would be to wait for Strickland vs Du Plasis. Du Plasis is a bad match for Sean.

Depends on how Khamzat decides to go about this. If he throws the game plan out of the window like he did against Burns, he is very likely to get KO'd. If he decides to mix in the grappling, it's a puncher's chance for Costa.
