As a longtime fan of combat sports, it's a pleasure to see when an athlete perseveres and grows through, what is almost always, a tough bunch of years through the rankings, let alone personal and public life. Cat seems to speak candidly and should be recognised as a proud example of what it takes to stay in what must be a cruel business at times. Great interview. Great look!

The Grum Ya, I think stylistically Holm could do work on Zingano. I don't think she's patient and crafty enough to beat Holm the way Miesha was able to.

Yea he is out of UFC 200

She's arguably the best female fighter in the UFC. Here's why; 1) she's dangerous both standing and on the ground. She shredded Miesha Tate with elbows and knees (5 of those knees were consecutive to Miesha's face). She destroyed Amanda Nunes for 2 solid rounds on the ground (flipping her twice like a rag doll). 2) She's not interested in winning by decision (which a lot of other fighters in her division seemingly are), so when that door closes her goal is to violently finish you by any means necessary. 3). She's finished some top level fighters (one being the current champ) and has only lost once (which really wasn't even a fight). But, she's only getting started. She'll rip through Julianna like a tornado thru a trailer park. One things for certain, Alpha Cat will take that belt.

Starting Weightloss green store tea together with my girlfriend. She has experienced a lot of weight lost but I have far less weight loss. Probably something to do with male female compatibility or something. I like the effects though. and my girlfriend adores her weight loss. though I personally do not think she needs to lose any more weight.
