I love just hearing Alistair speak. He is a very intelligent and respectful fighter, which is much more than many fighters can say. He represents the sport well.

One of the most mentally strong fighters off all time , even tho his chin was never great he never fought with fear , and he could be knocked out cold in one fight and the next fight his mind set would be strong as ever once again… only decades of fighting and train your mind to be this professional … what a great fight and event that was! Who said alistair had a glass chin he had great defence and his chin was great he got hit by badr hari who is the hardest hitting kickboxer and yet withstood his punches and didn’t get knocked alsiatir overeem from 2008-2011 when he was Ubereem was enver knocked down

@nagger975 Yea it's so hard to tell. I grew up watching boxing and you can't really tell how it will go until it starts. Some lower ranked guys sometimes have the right style to beat someone ranked much higher than them. MMA is even harder to tell because the are so many facets to the game. Like for example Junior might have some BJJ skills that aren't being considered. I don't know for sure but you would expect him to have a few extra tricks coming from that camp. The same goes for Overeem.

Alistair is a classy guy. Him and Dos Santos are two of my favourite fighters so I can't side with either. I just look forward to seeing a great fight between two honourable men.

@clipsryan i could agree with ur % but i cant agree about his foot work or head movement, listen reem is a good fighter and has the potential to become the ufc HW champion but i want to see him in deep water, i want to see him against good ufc fighter..i like brock and i want to see him in their again but honestly, brock doesnt count because he didnt even try to win

@TGKArc Yeah for sure man, It's a shame, Lesnar will be missed for sure, at least by myself. It's too bad, he should have changed Training Camps before retiring to see if that would have improved him at all. But oh well, Alistair vs JDS will be a better fight anyway. It's going to be so exciting.

@NikLust1 you got it, fanboys are superficial. my initial post, which is the one in the top comments, wasnt directed to you. you replied to me and i explained to you what the problem with fanboys is. it doesnt matter for how long you followed mma and when u decide to become someones fan as long as you stay loyal. even tho i dont understand why this fight would make such a big impact on someone who folled mma for a long time. nothing special happened. a veteran fighter beat up a bully.
