Wish you would make more of these. Tutorials on cascadeur are incredibly rare.
More cascadeur OR EVEN BETTER would be Akeytsu tutorials!! Please I beg!
Thanks for the video, it really helped me.
And The NEW TUTORIAL CHAMPION!! MadPonyInteractive!!! #NewAgeAnimators
The tutorial is amazing, I don´t know if Cascadeur got a new update or what (Still working on the 1B version) but i tried exporting the animation directly with the preview mesh and it worked perfectly without doing the recording and selecting all the options that you did(ASCII checkbox i.e), i used FBX 2013 importer if new people reachs this tutorial, i would love to see more tutorials on this software! Thank you!
Thank you for this tutorial.

Brutal Bro, puedes hacer mas videos explicando sobre este programa
Everything is awesome in rig file, except IK bones, they are misplaced dramatically
Have you tried Akeytsu? I'm still wondering which one is better...

I tried it a while back but didn't got into it enough for a solid comparison. For what I can remember, it is not as straight forward as Cascadeur. I guess it also comes down to a matter of preference. I would like to address that Cascadeur is not a full animation solution yet, as moprh animation is not possible. I personally use Cascadeur in combination with IClone.

@@MadPonyInteractive Hi Mad, i would love to see one of your workflows using IClone with Cascadeur, it is interesting to see where do you prefer Cascadeur over IClone and viceversa
Is there anything special that you need to do for Root Motion? I don't see a root bone when it's exported.

I believe you need to go into the skeleton mode and move the skeleton for root motion animations
man this was 2years ago ...i just discovered cascadeur in 2022 ...soo this new version is all diffrent ...can you do a remake on this 2022 version of cascadeur with same example (export ue5 anims to cascadeur to be able to mpodify them) > >>?:???

I'd love to have the time for it but I do not at the moment. Im sure this process is easier nowadays and that they have straight forward tutorials in their website showing how to do this. This might be a good place to start looking: cascadeur.com/help/animation_pipeline/tips_and_how_tos Hope that helps.

@@MadPonyInteractive i understand ...i managed to import the anim (same thing as before import the model, then the animation) and now the software have an autorig tool when open any anim you get autorigged char ....then problem i get ...whenever i try to edit it (modify the anim ) the character getting twisted up like hell ......for example i wanna add some more frame to an animation (1step more to it) ...so the actual animation working perfect but he getting twisted when i try to add more keys and edit it
cant download the file on the google drive...
why is pointing down? this shit should just work
