The first opening was a passage from an Arabic freestyle poem by the Palestinian poet Mahmood Darwish, called the "lecture of the Red Indian" . The singing was Persian I believe. It was dedicated specifically to the native people of North America , and to every nation that have been inflicted by Foreign invasion in general.

I don't know his name, but he is an Iranian singer named Mohammad Motamedi. I can confidently say that every instrument played in the world must be sung by a traditional Iranian singer. They are wonderful.

The cello is not necessary at all for this kind of music. On the other hand, an oriental flute could make a great performance if added.
