UCSD students protesting the wrongful dismissal of DOC teaching assistants Benjamin Balthaser and Scott Boehm and calling for a return to the principles of the DOC program and Thurgood Marshall College, including student representation on the recently established DOC review committee. March through Solís Hall (while DOC Director Abraham Shragge is teaching) and across campus to the Administration Complex and the Chancellor's Office. Over 300 students walked out of DOC lectures, and more than 50 participated in the demonstration, which undergradutes from the Lumumba-Zapata Coalition organized.
