    So the 820 dollars is it divided between the roommates to make up 820 or does every person pay 820 individually?

  • @Babeitsmel

    @Babeitsmel

    3 жыл бұрын

    Each person pays individually. Personally I think it’s expensive but it’s one of the nicer options of apartments. They have cheaper option farther from campus.

    Is it a loud environment or quiet? And how’s your experience so far? I’m planning on transferring to UCF for the fall but I haven’t sent my official transcripts because I graduate next month.

    My experience has been great so far but everything is an adjustment honestly. Where I live right now is Northview and it’s pretty good but I’m excited to go to knights circle. I don’t know how the environment is yet I’ll let you know next semester

    Hey! Do you think renting one of these apartments are cheaper than living on campus for example in neptune?

  • @Babeitsmel

    @Babeitsmel

    3 жыл бұрын

    Hi! So Neptune is $3k a semester which is roughly four months (late august-dec) (Jan-end of April) so it’s just cheaper than knights circle. The good thing about knights circle is you have your own bathroom and laundry room as well. The downside is you have a year lease so it’s August-July. For me this is the better option because I want a private bathroom as well as a kitchen bc I save money by cooking. So it depends on what you’re looking for. Hope this helps!

  • @Babeitsmel

    Hiii! So basically how it works is that you could get a 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4 which is the amount of rooms (with their own bathrooms) the apartment has. So I have a 3x3 so I would have two roommates and everyone pays their share individually.

    I’ll be transferring to ucf in spring 2022. Is there a way u can get affiliated housing but live by yourself with no roommates instead of finding a apartment place that isnt affilated with ucf?

  • @Babeitsmel

    @Babeitsmel

    3 жыл бұрын

    From what I know most of the affiliated apartments are to be shared with a roommate, it could only be one though. I know they have studio apartments to rent but I think they are independent leasing.

    Melissa Carrazana so with afiliated apartments only 2 ppl can live in there? An independent leasing meaning you would be the only one living there so you would have to pay everything ?

  • @Babeitsmel

    @Babeitsmel

    @@liveoffthewallco So in this specific one (I know the pointe as well) cover water and electricity but to a cap so you shouldn’t exceed that. which they say most people don’t but if you did it would be split between however many roommates. However I don’t know how it would work for just one person in an independent apartment. I have a friend who lives on her own and she pays everything separate but her place is farther from school, so maybe the places here have a deal. I recommend doing some research or stay in one of the housing afflicted with school for your first semester if possible.

    Hi! I was in Phase 1 so it’s the oldest one so the water was constantly being shut off because they said they were fixing the pipes. So that sucked but it was about 2 years ago so I don’t know if they have fixed that already. Besides that, I really liked living there, I would just recommend to try to get it early so the rent is cheaper. Cause the later you get the apartment the more expensive the rent becomes.
