I was a uber driver almost 4 years ago and this mom got her 3 kids and they got in my car, I asked where are u going? She said I'm not going, but they are going to their dads house". I'm looking at her like really? She said I trust u". I said why cant u take them ?" She said hes lucky I'm paying for a uber so he can see his kids" and I'm late for work". I said ok " I will messge u once they are at their dads. and then she handled me 100 dollar tip. I was surprised the trip was a good 30 min. I had a snack box and tv screens on the seats, so they were very entertained. Once I got to the dads house kids were happy and he was very thankful. He said his car was at the shop and he was upset his ex wife couldnt bring them and he couldnt pick them up. He handled me 50 dollars. I said he has wonderful kids. And hope he has a great weekend " and I left. That was the last time I did that.

I had no clue this was a parody hahaha. Seemed real to me and for sure Uber drivers have seem people try to much crazier than this when requesting a ride. Good job and good lesson. Cheers.

And his interaction with the customer was very good; polite, even voice, simply stated facts clearly and precisely. So many customers trigger easily, and his approach can minimize reactions.

This is wonderful. Great loving family. Thank you for sharing this on You Tube. If Uber and the other rideshare companies can appreciate drivers with this love and compassion, there will be no negativity against the rideshare industry.
